DELSEY PARIS Jessica Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels

I am giving Delsey (not necessarily this product) a 5 stars bec;ause when this item broke after only one use, Delsey replaced it with a different more durable luggage. However, it took them six months to honor the warranty.

First of all this is a beautiful carry-on. I live the color and style. It’s a good size. Easy to maneuver. Very nice for this price point!

Cracked all three cases after two trips. Such a waste of money. Recommend not to buy this product. Highly disappointed ☹️

Meets expectations. Great wheels and handles, both are holding up well. Shell is light and durable but definitely shows signs of wear and tear. I'd say it is susceptible to scratches and nicks. While it doesn't look as shiny as new after two years of use it is still very presentable and easily distinguishable in the sea of black suitcases.

Good quality, what's missing is the lock

My suitcase cracked after one flight. I believe this line has been discontinued by Delsey now so may it was defective, but the seller was great about making it right. Beautiful luggage and normally a great brand! I didn’t have any issues with the carry on and have since replaced with a different Delsey that I’ve flown with multiple times with no issues.

I bought this luggage for my 10-day trip to Europe. It arrived in perfect condition. This is a good size as a check-in luggage for a 10-day trip. Its wheels are strong and easy to roll around. This is the first Delsey I own, and I have no complaints.
