This is a great countertop ice maker! We bought it for our camping trailer and it works great!!! Makes ice very quickly but it does heat up the room it's in so be prepared for that. Perfect price range too

This thing does make ice fast and for the price I paid I’m happy with my purchase the only downside it it doesn’t keep the ice cold you have the pay attention and dump the ice into the freezer or it will be wasted

I've used this 4-5 times while camping and it produces good, cold ice when it will turn on. The first two outings we had no issues. But the third and fourth uses took bending and getting the shape of the power cord just right to stay on and make ice. The fifth time we couldn't get it to stay on without holding the power cord, which was simply a no-go. This isn't a cheap or lightweight ice maker, it's unfortunate we received a faulty-powered one and are well past the return date as it was a Christmas gift for use during the summer while camping.

Make ice fast but if u have a party you need to schedule the start like 1 hour before.Have a small noise.Good in general 4/5

Bought this in the Middle of March 2022 and was happy with it but yesterday 5/10/22 I went to make ice, it would not even turn on. Unplugged and plugged back in to outlet and nothing. Power will not come on. Very upset this didn't even last 2 months. Reaching out to seller and hoping they will help. But right now... do not waste your money.Update: The seller contacted me on the eve of May 13,2022 and apologized for the inconvenience and not only offered to ship me a new ice maker but also to credit me for the old one. Woke up this morning on the 15th and waiting on my front porch was the new ice maker. Now that’s service!!!! Thank you guys and if I could give you a 10 I would. Great service and quick response!!! Updating my review to 5 stars because that’s what AWESOME Customer service is all about!!!

This does work very well BUT it's really not easy to clean even with the "self-clean" function. If the top were removable in some way to be able to scrub the inner most part then I'd say this machine deserves a 5 but it's not and mildew will show up quickly unless you take the time to clean it thoroughly once a week w a scrubber.

This ice maker is easy to use and clean. I have used it for 6 months now and it still works great. I do remove the ice and put it in the freezer after it makes the ice because I feel it doesn’t keep it super cold but I like the size and everything of the ice cubes it produces!

I use this on my boat, where the compact design is perfect. I was worried when I read that the unit does not keep the ice cold like a freezer, but the design accounts for that by positioning the basket above the water reservoir. So if the ice melts, the water just makes more ice. Every 9 minutes it cranks out a set, so there is never-ending ice. It consumes 2A at 110V, so I am selective on usage unless at the marina, but have not had any problems at sea either. Total luxury of having unlimited ice!
