Ich habe die Bilderrahmen bereits vor einem halben Jahr bestellt, aber erst kürzlich dazu gekommen, sie aufzuhängen. Beim Auspacken ist mir leider aufgefallen, dass einer der Rahmen beschädigt war – vermutlich durch eigenes Verschulden beim Handling. Trotzdem habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert – und war wirklich positiv überrascht: Innerhalb weniger Tage wurde mir völlig unkompliziert und kostenlos ein Ersatzrahmen zugesendet. So einen zuvorkommenden und kulanten Service erlebt man selten! Auch die Rahmen selbst sind hochwertig verarbeitet, sehen edel aus und lassen sich leicht anbringen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Produkt mit einem Kundenservice, der Maßstäbe setzt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
