The inside of my converse burst at the heel but the outside were in great condition so I bought these to cover the rip and they worked a treat. They just stick on and that’s them ready to go. They are so comfortable you wouldn’t know they are there. They also come in various sizes so you can find the right fit for you.

I bought these as I wear out the inner heels of my trainers really quickly. They're really easy to use just peel and stick (make sure you clean the area in the shoe first), the only problem is they don't stick around curves, I needed to stick it over the rim of my trainer and it didn't stay stuck however, a dab of gorilla glue sorted it. They're still well stuck on after about a month of use. Definitely recommend as a way of extending the life of shoes.

The glue on these to stick the patches to my show just isn't strong enough and then come off really easily! I managed to position it in one shoe so that my foot doesn't rub when I put it on and the patch has lasted about 10 weeks but the top fabric of the patch has separated from the bottom! Avoid this is my recommendation
