I used these bread crumbs and almond milk to coat baked eggplant. Most of the bread crumbs adhered to the eggplant, we're crunchy, and tasted delicious.

My Whole Foods used to carry this product and then they stopped. I was so bummed. So , I tried 2 other GF bread drums and both were terribly disappointing. So, to Amazon I went and ordered 3 boxes to have plenty on hand. Thank you!!!!

Texture and flavor is very nice.

I used this to make meatballs. First of all it smelled weird. Second of all it ruined the taste of the meatballs. I threw it away. In fact had to throw away the meatballs too. Very disappointing!

First, the box had no expiration date. This review should have no stars. Ruined the meatloaf my wife cooked for dinner. And my wife makes the best darn meatloaf on the planet! Upon further investigation we determined the bad taste and odor was from these breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs tasted like the plastic bag in which they were packaged inside the box. The bread crumbs tasted and smelled like chemicals. My wife purchased these breadcrumbs via Amazon.

Thouse crumbs are so far the best ones. My daughter have celiac and egg yolk intolerance so this crumbs are perfect for her.
