It’s good and works like a charm at night just note that the pills are quite huge and not like soft gel which makes easy to swallow but these are rough

If you are consuming this for better sleep, this definitely works but it takes a few days. Take this regularly and you'll notice better sleep and falling asleep quite quickly once you hit the bed. I would recommend this for sure to anyone suffering with sleep problems.

This is my second time ordering the New Chapter Magnesium + Ashwagandha supplement, and I’m happy with it.
