Customer service sucks (amended)
This is a nice box, after about two months the box took on a horrible moldy musty smell. We have been trying for weeks to get rid of the smell. I have sent emails and left voice mails, they have never responded. I have seen reviews where other people have the smell problem. I am going to have to throw it out if I can’t get the smell out.I would not recommend purchasing this product not because of the quality but because their lack of customer service if you should have an issue.I was contacted by the customer service department and I am now completely satisfied as I said before it is a wonderful box

Beautiful... but...
Beautiful box. Very nice luster.I don't know how the knife holders are going to stand up. It would sure have been nice to have a strap across the top.

Good buy
I’m moving and downsizing, and this attractive chest holds all my silver ( service for 12), and eliminates my need for a beautiful but too big piece of furniture which was holding my silver.Good choice for me.
