Tricky to fit but PERFECT when you get the hang of it
This guard is tricky to fit but once I figured it out (i.e. destroyed one by dunking, poking, pulling and cutting it) I realized it was the mouth guard my sanity needed. Good thing there are 2 in a package. I was able to experiment with one and then properly fit the other. I'll list some tips at the end. This guard is pretty much perfect for me. I had reluctantly been using one that basically looked like a horse bit. It was bulky, flimsy and I would bite through the little plastic paddles within 90 days. When the price doubled, I went looking for alternatives. This one is thin but tough, lightweight, and best of all, comfortable. I can go to bed and have only my crushing daily worries to keep me up. Having to sleep with a mouth guard won't be one of them! I honestly forget I'm wearing it. And because of it's shape and rigidity, there's zero risk of swallowing it. As for toughness, it seems like it will last me a while. I'd say I'm in the mid levels of teeth grinding pressure. I've been using mine for 2.5 weeks and the guard hasn't shown any signs of wear, denting or punctures so far. Overall, I highly recommend this guard. As for fit, here are some tips---Get a thermometer and heat the water precisely. I heat mine to 165°F.-Temp is key because this thing will get soft. I'm talking 'wet rubber band aid' soft. The water has to be hot enough to soften the guard to this point. It's also going to be sticky. But don't worry. As long as you're gentle, it won't tear. I worried it would start coming apart like adhesive, shedding bits of softened plastic but it didn't do that either. It will look and feel strange but just go with it. Seriously. Just go with it.-Use your fingertips to place it where you want it and then use your tongue to press the middle section into the roof of your mouth. Once it's in place, take a sip of cold water to harden. This was tricky. When it gets soft, it's also floppy. It's already so thin, I didn't want to bite down on it. So I used my fingers to place the wing sections under my upper molars and lightly press them up, running my fingers along the bottom and sides, then I used my tongue to suck the middle section up into the roof of my mouth. I held that as best I could without biting down. When I took a sip of cold water, it instantly hardened into place.-Instructions say you can redo the fit by soaking in hot water again. Indeed, I wanted to reshape mine. When I dropped it in 165°F water, it softened and went back to its original shape. I was able to refit mine to the way I wanted it precisely. I needed the wings to extend out a little more to reach and cover all of my molars so I stretched it slightly in the middle to get them to reach. This worked out fine and didn't compromise fit or function of the guard.I didn't want mine to fit like a glove over every ridge and crevice of my teeth, so my fit notes reflect that. Instructions recommend not biting down when fitting the guard. But I suppose if that's what you're after and you're light on the grinding, this guard would be able to provide that kind of fit and still be very lightweight and comfortable. Another plus for this type of mouth guard, it's so soft and pliable when heated properly, you could create whatever type of custom fit you want.

DO NOT BUY
Nothing mentioned in the product description prior to buying, but once box arrived it has a warning DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE MISSING OR LOOSE TEETH! So now I'm stuck with two tiny pieces of hard plastic that I can't use and cannot return that cost me $22. Total scam. This information should have been front and center on the website!

Soft Comfort
This piece molds to fit under the front teeth then under and over the sides of the first most molars . It molds to the roof of your mouth as you hold it in place with your tongue while it hardens. It doesn't interfere with your breathing or cause you to gag. It's very forgivable as you can throw it back into hot water and remold it if need be.

Works and no weird bite problems after using
UPDATE:I found out that there's enough material to actually form your entire teeth row, which I find to be a lot more comfortable than having a large portion of it just covering the roof of your mouth. If you have teeth models given to you by the dentist when they make the expensive $600 night guards, you can mold these $26 ones onto the mold for a custom guard without the need to wrestle with it in your mouth. Do note that the more you reheat and remold these, the more "brittle" the material comes - it will start to form cracks if you reheat and remold too often. (I reheat and remolded one strip 10+ times.)This shouldn't be as big of an issue if you use a teeth model to mold your guard, but if the guard overlaps too much onto your gums, it can cause bad gum rubbing / gum abrasions. If you notice a certain spot is rubbing your gums a lot, the material should be soft enough even when hardened to be cut using scissors. Just cut off the extra part that is bothering your gums.My first strip was a lot of testing around and cutting out pieces and following the way it's made in the instructions (where most of it is against the roof of your mouth). I ended up having to toss it out after I started wearing through the bottoms.I used my 2nd strip to make a top teeth row mouth guard but then decided to remold it to be a bottom row mouth guard, which feels a lot better and lets my tongue flop around more naturally.Original review:These actually work and don't cost $600!!! I am a very very heavy grinder and clencher.I tried the super common type that are a soft thermoplastic and is for all your entire top row of teeth and those ones always made my bite feel really weird and off after using which is not good.I tried those weird soft plastic tabs that you place in between your teeth - did absolutely nothing and caused a lot of asthma for me.I tried this and I'm so glad it works for me. It doesn't flare up any asthma attacks for me and does not make my bite feel weird after using at all and prevents damaging my teeth.

Comfortable, best mouthguard except for one thing....
I have a crossbite and this is the only mouthguard I can deal with as far as the fit but it tastes horrible, kinda like sulfur. I would pay twice as much for one just like it that didnt have the taste. If anyone knows of one like that I would be very interested.

Just what i needed
Very easy to mold and affordable. I like that it can be remolded easily. Comfortable to wear, easy to clean. I just used it few days, hopefully it is durable. Easy 5 ⭐️

Puts a weird sideways pressure on tooth.
When wearing this mouthguard it will sometimes flex and put a weird sideways pressure on the teeth. Makes me worried it will cause damage.

Perfect for people who goes crazy with regular guard
I have tried several “normal” type of guards before, but the ones covering my front teeth always made me feel like I go crazy, and I end up ripping them off in less than 10 mins. This guard never gave me such uncomfortable feeling. It is a little tricky to shape, but you gotta try several times till you feel it sits right in your mouth. (It completely goes back to its original shape when you soak it in the hot water.) It is worth it.Just so you know, great customer service as well!

This one is different guys!
Finally stopped grinding my teeth with this night guard. Make sure you mold it to your mouth well, I didn't experience the lockjaw I usually get in the morning. I 100% recommend and my partner hasn't heard a peep

Good product and excellent customer service
The product is good but it’s not easy to get a good shape that fits and stays on teeth. Yet it’s the best night guard I’ve found so far! The customer service is excellent. They contacted right after the delivery and provided assistance when needed. They also sent me another one for free!

As advertised
Took several tries - not perfect yet but works exactly the way I was hoping it would - better than anything else I’ve tried

Great
This is the thinnest guard I've found making it the most comfortable to use. It was also easy to trim to have it fit a smaller mouth.
