Best ac compared to all brands.
Performance wise best ac money can buy.2 years gone absolutely no problem.Cools quickly and I run it daily at 26 degrees and it keeps me sufficient cool.Thanks to Blue Star and Amazon.

Broken down after 15 months
AC has broken down unexpectedly after 15 months and Blue Star is asking for INR 650 per visitation charges+ 4k to repair.Better to go with other more reputed brands like Ogeneral which are more ethical and avoid predatory practices of Blue Star. Their products are also much superior.If you are reading this I hope you immediately delete this item from cart and buy anything else from market but not Blue StarBlue Star as a company is a highly predatory company opportunistic to take advantage of its customers throughout the product life.Additionally - Their AMC costs almost same as the AC itself making it the least value for money product in my home.

Excellent purchase,
go for it, I have exchanged my old AC with this one.love this.No noise, good performance, enargy efficient.In Kolkata blue star service is good and responsive. But before installation call customer care ফো detail explanation, technial will cheat you if you don't coordinate with service centre during process.I have used my old outdoor rack, pipe, plug so total cost is less due to that.please talk one by one before installation.

Product fail within a year,motherboard in outdoor unit failed twice
Once motherboard replaced .Again new motherboard failed within 10 days ,showing E6 error. Recommended not to buy any inverter ac.Better buy non inverter ac

Product is good.. BUT
Product is good but don't believe everything Amazon says.. when I added this product Amazon only added free installation 00..it was clearly mentioned 00 .. but when I called Amazon and bluestar they said installation will be chargeable.. and they took 1110 rs installation fees

I strongly advise against purchasing the AC from Blue Star. Its quality is extremely poor, and it's a waste of money. My personal experience has been disappointing:- Stopped working twice during the warranty period- Now makes excessive noise just 1 month after warranty expirationI regret my purchase and want to caution others. Consider alternative options from more reliable companies.Save your money and avoid to purchase from Blue Star. Blue Star is a Cheater Company.

Cooling is super. 4-1 allows you to shift tonnage . This is very helpful in effeciently managing AC. Service provided by local vebdor is excellent. Respoded on Sunday as well.Recommend this product all potential prospects.
