I absolutely love it. The flavor is strong but smooth, and I usually mix it with milk for breakfast. The sugar is really low, which I appreciate, and it keeps me full for at least 3 hours. I prefer this one over other brands like Javy coffee or shakes like Quest. One container lasts about a month or even longer depending on how often you use itโI take it about 5 days a week. This is the best I have ever tasted ! Blend very well! I used only water and some ice and blended it up ! I will be ordering more flavors ! I am on a GLP-1 and this is a great way to get in good clean proteins . Excellent Macros! win win!

Amazing. I does fill you up and wakes you up. It is clean. Not much extra ingredients. I also sends you to the bathroom. I see less bloat and a flatter stomach too! Just 10 oz milk and crush ice and blender...Good To Go!
