I started using Kerasal Nighttime Intensive Foot Repair and the results have been excellent. After just a few nights, my feet felt noticeably softer and more hydrated, and the rough, dry areas improved significantly. My son had athletes feet and I got medication to use from the doctor. After that was gone, the doctor recommended this to keep the feet from getting so dry and the infected. This is non greasy and really helps. His feet are so dry that we need this. It doesn’t smell and leaves his feet soft and moisturizer for the time being. We use this everyday as we have to treat his feet.

I’ve been using it about three times per week now, and my feet have improved so much. I also bought moisture socks to wear with it, but honestly you don’t even need them because the ointment absorbs really well on its own. If you’re dealing with dry, rough, cracked heels, I really think this can help a lot. Highly recommend.

It does not absorb very well. However, it has made my feet softer. I put cotton socks on after application to stop it from making a mess. There is no scent and it has relieved the pain of my dry cracked feet.

For years I have had severe eczema on my foot - my heel and quite a lot of area around it, about half my foot. My heel was cracked and peeling like I never knew could happen. Nothing worked. I tried the gel socks, which only helped me sleep at night but didn't solve the problem. I tried the gel socks with my foot slathered in cerave lotion, which helped some but did not fix the problem. I tried this Kerasal in the gel socks and after many weeks my foot is healing and way way less itchy and painful. I dab quite a bit on every night and put the gel heel sock over it to keep it in. I think I will finally come out of this foot problem. It is greasy and will ruin any cloth it comes into contact with. I do not like the smell, but whatever. If you are browsing things to try, try this, and get the cheapest gel heel socks you can find to use with it.

This foot ointment when used regularly makes a big difference in my feet softness. It has no scent. It isn't sticky but is a bit greasy because it is an ointment. I like to use it on my cuticles to keep them soft overnight. As far as value for the money, it is a bit expensive if you use it daily which I find i need to do in the summer. Overall it is a good product that does what it says.

This is really 4.5 stars instead of five stars, only because the lavender scent is so strong and unpleasantly artificial - but the lotion itself has worked miracles in just a few days on my dry feet. I put it on at night, then put on gel heel socks, and my skin has been getting smoother by the day. I’m about a week in and you can barely tell that my feet were ever rough. I wish it came in a bigger tube because I feel like I’m going to go through this one fairly quick. Worth it so far, though!

Sé que no es su uso habitual, pero en un canal de youtube dedicado al cuidado de las uñas (de manos y pies) recomendaban este producto para aplicarlo en las cutículas y conseguir que se reblandecieran y replegaran (usando una cantidad mínima por las noches, durante el tiempo que sea necesario, siempre que no se tengan heridas abiertas en los dedos), y he de decir que funciona perfectamente con ese fin, que es para el que lo he usado de manera principal. De forma esporádica lo he usado con su fin original, y también es mano de santo.
