I was waiting for this fan to go on sale. They finally had a flash sale. I saw the sale when they only had 15% left. I tried ordering two but it wouldn’t let me. Would only let me ordered one. So I had my wife order one. We both shared the same account with our own sub-accounts. So I did get two. The each have remotes. You can also download an app. Which I recommend. I downloaded the app on my cell phone and IPad. My wife has it on her cellphone. I also connected them to google home. The app is better. You can fully control both fans with the one app. Switching to either of the two as needed. Full function with each. With google home. You can ask Google to turn both fans on and off and increase or decrease the speeds. Either together or individually. Specifically asking google to turn your fan on by the name you gave them in setting them up with google home. In my case. I named them fan one and fan two .So if I say “hey google, turn on the fans” or “turn on both fans.’ They come on. Or, I can say “hey google. Turn on fan two.” Then only fan two comes on. Like wise I can decrease fan ones speed or decrease fan twos speed. Etc. You can not however, use Google to oscillate either. So you either keep one of the remotes (or both remotes if you want to control both) near you or use the app. They are quiet compared to our other model. Moves plenty of air. Easy to put together. I’ve been using them for two months now and haven’t had any problems. Glad they finally came on sale. Well worth the purchase.

Fan is very nice, got it to replace my old Lasko tower fan that was starting to give out. I like that this one has 6 speed options instead of just 3 like the Lasko, lets you fine tune exactly how much air/noise you want without it being so much an all or nothing. The oscillation seems pretty wide, and the remote is nice. I haven't tried any of the eco settings or the app yet but it is a bonus that being able to hook up the fan for Alexa control is an option. I also really like how the LCD screen turns off after a bit so it's not just blasting out light while you are trying to sleep Also want to give a 5 star for the amazing customer support. I got my fan and had an issue where I wasn't sure if some of the white noise I heard from the motor on lower speed settings was just the normal noise it was supposed to make or not (It wasn't that loud, but there is a small whine or humming "motor" noise on low speed). I was going to do an amazon return and try another unit but before I had to go through all that trouble I figure I'd email Dreo first and ask them, so I sent in a video of the fan running and just asked if it was running normally or not. Ended up getting a response back the next day from a real person who seemed to actually care about resolving my issue (Not just a copy pasted support message). After a few emails back and forth for some troubleshooting (Even got a reply same day) they explained some white noise is normal, but told me they thought it may have not been working like it should and apologized, without any hassle or trying to brush off my issue they offered to send me a full replacement unit at no cost. Gave them a copy of my amazon receipt and address and I had the replacement in 3 days. The second fan works flawlessly and I didn't have to deal with boxing the original fan up and sending it back to amazon. It's nice to see that Dreo stands behind their products and actually works to resolve issues quickly.

QUIET. smoth turn. Lots options. Best of all .... near zero noise & that was only reason I upgraded from old tower to this dreo. Shorter than expected. Still powerful. & no noise from air push, fan ..nor from circulation. Decibels start level 4. I keep at 3 & I'm great. 1 complaint > the remote is 💯 BLACK. SOLID RUBBER FACE so can't even feel the "buttons". Sleek yes but .... not user easy. & no I'm not gonna open phone then goto to an app & navigate! when the remote is at hand. Stupid

Awesome fan. Bought this as a Christmas present in late November for my wife. Loved the reviews and WiFi capability. She was very happy with its function and the WiFi was very easy to set up. Noise level was minimal and overall happy with the operation of the fan. Being winter, fan was only used once or twice until the warm spring nights. When she went to use it in April, the fan would not blow any air. The unit oscillated and display illuminated, but the internal fan blades didn't spin. Contacted customer support for assistance upon discovering the problem with the fan. Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Provided the order information, inclduing a video of the issue and explained the fan was only 3 months old and used less then 5 times. Dreo provided a replacement fan free of charge and shipped it quickly. Very happy to have purchased from a company that stands by their products. Would recommend to anybody based on my customer service experience alone.

Great fan! Being able to use Alexa to control the fan was a bonus.

I purchased this fan a few months back, and I originally rated this fan 5, then dropped my rating down to 1 star. But have to move it back up to 5 stars after the customer support I experienced. Here’s why: I was loving this fan. Paired it with Alexa & integrated it into my smarthome automation. The fan is quiet, bladless, and pushed a substantial amount of air. Could program it, oscillate it. The fan has a ton of features, Which is why I rated it 5 stars. Kept the room very cool with a nice strong breeze and sound was minimal, can’t complain! However I noticed my wifi slowing down and contacted my ISP and they stated the following: “A device using an older Wi-Fi standard (802.11a, b, g, b/g) is slowing down other devices on the network. We recommend turning the Wi-Fi off on this device or turning the device off. Device Name: Dreo Fan.” Clearly unhappy after noticing that, I reached out to Dreo’s support via email and a representative by the name of Hector helped ease my concerns and took great care of me. After some troubleshooting, he was willing to offer several different options to resolve my issue. He assured me that the fan should not be slowing down my wifi and that it’s built with the latest components so that it should be compatible with all wifi systems. Unfortunately this one was, so Hector offered a few different options to resolve my issue. Dreo/Hector was willing to even do two of the multiple options to ensure I was satisfied with the purchased. Once I receive the replacement fan, I will post an update. But nevertheless, if you have any issues, Dreo’s customer support is outstanding. I would assume I just received a faulty unit, and that if you purchase this, you should be happy with it. And you have outstanding customer support to put your mind at ease. 5 Stars! If you're like me who has a debilitating autoimmune disease that keeps u in bed most days, this fan is a must buy. This fan is amazing! Set up is extremely easy, just snap the base together then snap the fan on top and push down to make sure it's in place. This thing is a tower. It's much taller than I anticipated. But it's light, hardly weighs anything. I'm 5'2 so for a lil gal this was easy to assemble and carry to the bedroom. Pairing it to the your phone, the WiFi, Alexa was SO simple. I don't even use the remote it comes with. When I'm half asleep, and it's dark, all I do is tell Alexa what to do and she controls the fan perfectly. I'm a huge fan smart technology so this was right up my alley. The noise? What noise. The air flow? I always have it on level 1 because it's THAT efficient on the cool air that it blows. The light panel also auto shuts off for those of us who like complete darkness. Yes, I'm in love with this fan. ❣️ I highly recommend.

OMG! Does this fan have power or what We love it. Great air flow, so many settings, easy to set up and use. It's a tall fan , but air is felt throughout the entire room. We have always bought fans at Walmart or Target. Never again, this fan is awesome. Highly recommended!

İnanılmaz rakamlara satınal Dy**n markanın çıkardığı gürültü sıradan ayaklı vantilatörün gürültüsünü 3'e katlıyor üstelik onun kadar güç veremiyor. DREO'da ise tam tersi, güç fazla ses yok. Alın aldırın. Ürün 1 ay'da teslim olacak dendi ama 2 haftada geldi. Üstelik 2 sene Amazon garantili.

Der Smart Turmventilator (Cruiser Pro T2S, schwarz) von Dreo übertrifft deutlich alle Vorgänger, die wir bisher bei uns im Einsatz erlebten. Sein Aufbau verlief einfach und problemlos in fünf Minuten. Die kurze, leicht verständliche Bedienungsanleitung mit großer Schrift sowie das "Quick Start" Blatt sind hilfreich für den schnellen Überblick. Die beiden Standfußhälften wurden zusammengesteckt, der Turm aufgesetzt und nach der Registrierung erfolgte die Verbindung mit den Dreo- und Alexa-Apps. Mit dem selbsterklärenden Touch-Bedienfeld vom Gerät und den Tasten der Fernbedienung, mit der App sowie per Alexa-Sprachsteuerung können Geschwindigkeit/Lautstärke in neun Stufen eingestellt, Modi wie beispielsweise Normal, Natur, Nacht und Auto sowie der Timer ausgewählt werden. Auf unnötige Spielereien wurde verzichtet. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vernünftig, vor allem, wenn man das Gerät bei einer Rabattaktion kauft. Die LED-Anzeige lässt sich nachts ausschalten und wird wieder aktiv, sobald Einstellungen geändert werden. Den Piepston kann man stummschalten. Bei einer Raumtemperatur von 27 °C reicht uns bereits die sehr leise Stufe 1 mit ihrer frischen Natur-Brise aus, um uns bei dieser Temperatur wohlzufühlen. Der Ventilator macht Wind und ist natürlich kein Klimagerät mit Kühlung. Wer die Raumtemperatur absenken möchte, kann zur Passivkühlung greifen und die Verdunstungskälte nutzen, indem man beispielsweise ein nasses Handtuch in den Luftstrom hängt. Der bemerkenswerte minimale Geräuschpegel wird von uns nachts nicht als störend empfunden. Der Dreo-Turmventilator aus Kunststoff ist leicht, wirkt wertig, sieht schick aus, ist wohnzimmertauglich und zudem energieeffizient. Zwar kann er bei Berührungen leicht schwingen, doch er steht stabil. Das Gerät lässt sich leicht reinigen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns sein ansprechendes, gut durchdachtes, funktionales Design. Oben befindet sich ein gut integriertes Fach zur Aufbewahrung der Fernbedienung, das gleichzeitig als unauffälliger Tragegriff dient und so einen mühelosen Transport ermöglicht. Der leise und effiziente Dreo Smart Tower Fan ist super. Wir geben eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
