Its not PWM, 3 PIN Fan But Sturdy Product and Whatever the RPM, It wont vibrate because of the Good Plastic Material.The CONS is 3 PIN !It's not PWM 4 PIN.!

It's a 3 pin PWM fan with molex connector for led not 4-pin PWM
Firstly, I thought they have send me the the wrong product so i placed a replacement order but the replacement product was also the same. Fan rgb is good. I purchased this because I wanted to use this fan with my Tower CPU cooler so mostly 4pin PWM fan is used with CPU cooler.
