I only buy Organic vegetables and they are very expensive and if you ever purchase any prepackaged salad you know it never lasts as long as the 'use-by' date. The Vejibag has kept Romaine lettuce leaves in a beautiful bright, dark green and crispy condition for 3+ weeks and even kept prepackaged lettuces in good condition past their 'use by date'. It seems I have purchased every contraption known to man to try to keep these vegetables fresh for more than a couple of days. None have ever worked as well as the Vejibag! None of the other Vegetable keepers I own even come close to this, this includes the much more expensive ones.
