The BEST bang for you Buck with High quality features and build!
This thing WORKS!.....I've now carried a large range of bikes....>>>> 26 inch Wheel BMX Bicycle, 29 inch wheel Mountain EBike, 20 inch X 3 Inch Fat tire Ebike at 90lbs, and now a Mini Goat Ebike that weighs 140lbs......This rack handles it all! I like that you can EXTEND the bars at the end to accommodate a Longer Bicycle wheel base....Many of the more expensive Yakima and Thule racks DO not do this!........this the best BANG for the buck!.....The construction looks solid and welds look good...don't see any weak points......Recommend it! ....TIP: For extra security...use a couple Tie Downs for your bike!

Impressively made and very robust 2 bike rack
OMG! This bike rack at twice the price would be worth a 5 star review. As a longtime metal fabricator myself, I can't say enough about the quality of the design and the amazing fit/finish of the final product. Holes are drilled in exactly the right places, everything fits beautifully, thoughtful reinforcement exists at the areas that will receive the most stress as the vehicle goes bouncing down the road with a couple of hundred pounds on the rack. Assembly was straightforward, there were no missing parts, the instructions were good--I used the exploded views in the instructions along with the parts list rather than the text instructions. The ONE caveat for this rack--not a criticism but a fact that might be relevant to someone--is that it is entirely steel construction which makes it fairly heavy to pick up and insert in the vehicle hitch; this will be a two person job for many people. The fix for this issue, if it is one, is to buy a rack made of aluminum or other lighter alloy which will dramatically increase the price.

Good, but not GREAT! Suggested improvements...
I feel the value is great with the understanding its not the perfect rack. I am sure there are other e-bike hitch racks that serve additional support, build quality, and reliability. First off, this was easy to assemble and install; however, I think there are better enhancements that can make this rack 5 stars: 1. the hitch locking pin needs to have the threads removed. As previous user said, if you are removing the rack often this is a downfall to unthread it every time. The threads also hinder most 3rd party 5/8" pins. If you leave the threads, allow standard pins to fit properly versus having to use your proprietary design. 2. The ratcheting straps are not very "ratchety." These remind me of rollerblade ratchets. The quality could be improved as they are a top source of securing down bikes. Mind slip through very easy, so I have to rely on the Velcro straps (provided) to hold down better and make a more secure connection. 3. Additional holes or mounting locations (aka eye rings or D-rings) for bungees securing. Aside from that the bikes transported really well!

Great rack.
Holds two E-bikes perfectly. Easy to set up and mount. We have a Lectric e-bike and a DIY bike that weigh about 170 pounds. The rack seems to hold well.

Definitely worth the money!
This bike rack is impressive. It is very heavy and strong. The rack is adjustable and easy to use. As other people have mentioned, the assembly instructions are not good. The pictures are way too small to see. The descriptions helped more than the useless photos. It took me a few tries to get all the bolts and washers on in the right order. Other than the instructions, this is a great bike rack. You would pay $400 for a similar one. I would highly recommend buying hitch stabilizers also. I used this rack for my new E-mountain bike which weighs 57 pounds.

Cant beat the price and well made
Got to say I was very impressed with this rack. It holds e-bikes and pedal bikes. I took a 1500 mile drive with 2 bike with no problems. Easy to load and unload.

Not worth destroying a $1400 E-bike and damaging a brand new $65k Travel Trailer!
I took my first trip with this e-bike rack starting yesterday. We had a three hour drive with this rack connected to our Travel Trailer. I loaded our E-bikes and secured them with the provided straps and the frame hook with lock pins. They seemed to be totally secured. 20 minutes from our destination, I pulled into a gas station to get ice, and when I checked the bikes, one of my bikes had been dragging and was totally destroyed. The other was loose as well, and had been rubbing on the back trailer window, scratching the glass. The supplied straps had come undone, and the bikes were not held in by the frame hooks. The $1400.00 e-bike that was destroyed was missing the seat, handlebars and the front fork was completely disconnected from the frame. This all happened in less than 156 miles. I would not recommend the bike rack as a purchase. In fact, the first package was missing fasteners due to failed packaging. I had to return the original once I received the replacement and assembled it to ensure the complete kit was there. If I were to say anything about purchasing this rack and using it, throw away the provided straps and get some quality straps. Also use a strap to pull the frame hooks down as much as possible and use additional straps to hold the bikes down. For me, I am returning this, and will be looking for a bike rack that holds them vertically by just the front tire. I hope this review helps you in making a decision on your rack purchase.

Great build with sturdy feel
I've been searching for awhile for an affordable and solid rack for my 2 ebikes, and I finally found it. Great value for the price, solid materials, great fit and awesome stability for both my bikes. My wife and I both have full size fat tire bikes weighing about 75lbs each. This rack supports it no issues with the sturdy build. With the tilt feature its easy to add on and remove, or even leave on my hitch for extended periods at a time. I did take off a star though as it rests too easily. For the price I assumed there was more protective coating but I left it on my car a couple rainy evenings and it rusted at the joints. I haven't seen any impact on thd safety or integrity of the product but just something to note. I highly recommend this product and you spray with a protective outer layer for it to be perfect. Great buy.

I bought this Hitch mount bike rack because I just bought a new Surface 604 EBike and I love them both. Yesterday I picked up the new bike with the new Young rack and was so impressed how well the rack works. I had a one hour drive and the bike was rock solid on the rack. I got cut off and had to hit the brakes on my SUV and the bike never moved. I am a Millwright ( industrial mechanic ) and I wish all the stuff I put together was as well engineered as this rack. It was so simple to assemble and the pins line up perfectly after you snug up the bolts. My new bike is a walk through frame with a 21” step over height and I had brought a cross bar but I did not have to use it as this hitch works fine with walk through frame bikes. This rack is heavy duty and very well made.

Overall, a good, sturdy, heavy duty e-bike hitch mount rack. Only had one small “hitch” 🤪. I had to file the holes for the removable lock pin to get it to line up. A round metal file did the trick! And I appreciate the bolt on hitch pin/bolt that attaches the rack to the trailer hitch receiver. But, it’s a little fiddlely to get a wrench in to tighten it completely. Nobody is going to take the time to mess with this bolt to try and steal the bike rack. It only fits the included (threaded) bolt to attach the bike rack to the hitch receiver. It would be nice to have a secondary 5/8’s hole pre-drilled to use a normal locking hitch pin. I’ve only had it a few days but it seams as thought it will be a long time, sturdy performer.
