Vichy shampoos are very good but this one is exactly what I needed for psoriasis - it does what I need and lets me use something that clears my scalp with no issue A little expensive, but it's worth it - I'd rather have the relief and cleanliness from a shampoo like this in combination with a good conditioner than dealing with coal tar shampoos that barely work for me And with newly found soft hair, a much better texture and no strong fragrance... I am not buying anything else unless a cure comes (and that might be never)

Definitely heps with problematic scalp

I feel like this works on and off - Sometimes it will really soothe and clear my plaque psoriasis when it flares but not always. It may be my stress levels that make it more difficult to solve (haha) but it definitely helps. With so many products on the market claiming to help and personally trying so many, this is one of the best for sure. You can buy refill packs too which is great. Smell is muucccch better than the others like T-Gel, I don't find it offensive. It's definitely not your prettier scent but it's not bad either. I leave it on for 5 mins as well and find that gives better results.

Has not cleared my scaly scalp but is a nice shampoo

My son suffered with dandruff which got worse, turned in to big flakes of drad skin coming from his scalp. Was using head and shoulders but didn't help. Doctor prescribed 2 different shampoos for psoriasis, which slightly helped at first but didn't stop the dandruff. Was recommended this by a friend. It is amazing. My son is absolutely made up. He was so self conscious about the flakes in his hair. From the first use of this we haven't seen one single flake. It is definitely worth the money.

Shampoo ist sehr ergiebig, mit einer Flasche kam ich jetzt ein halbes Jahr, so ziemlich genau 6 Monate hin. Ich habe lange Haare und wasche sie mir regulär 2x wöchentlich, mein Mann mit kurzen Haaren nutzt das Shampoo ebenfalls. Ich wasche mir meine Haare pro Waschgang mit einem milden Shampoo vor und anschließend kommt das eigentliche Shampoo zum Einsatz. Da reicht wirklich eine kleine Menge, es schäumt gut, den Geruch finde ich auch in Ordnung. Je nachdem welche Ursache die Schuppen haben, kann das Shampoo auch etwas nützen und Juckreiz verringern. Da es mir hilft habe ich nun wieder eine Flasche gekauft.

Finalmente abbiamo trovato il prodotto giusto. Il mio ragazzo soffriva da tempo di psoriasi sul cuoio capelluto, con una riacutizzazione piuttosto severa che causava una desquamazione costante e fastidiosa (al risveglio trovavamo scagliette ovunque). Nonostante avesse provato diversi shampoo specifici di noti marchi, non eravamo mai riusciti a risolvere il problema. Con questo shampoo Dercos Psolution, la situazione è cambiata radicalmente. Non è stato un effetto immediato, ma dopo appena 4 utilizzi abbiamo iniziato a vedere risultati concreti. Ora, la sua cute è completamente pulita, priva di ogni traccia di desquamazione, e i capelli rimangono puliti per diversi giorni. È un risultato che definirei sorprendente. Oltre all’efficacia curativa, il prodotto è molto piacevole da usare: ha una buona profumazione, per nulla “medicinale”, e non aggredisce il capello, anzi lo mantiene ben idratato. È raro trovare un trattamento così specifico che sia anche rispettoso della qualità del capello. Siamo estremamente felici di aver scoperto questo shampoo. Se anche voi o i vostri cari state combattendo contro problemi simili senza successo, vi consiglio vivamente di provare questo prodotto. Per noi è stata la soluzione definitiva che cercavamo da tanto tempo.
