works great...still going strong...yes, I hacked chicken bones. not gonna try with mutton. why??! common sense after 2 years I might need to get it sharpened a bit...I use it for everything. oh yeah you can use it on fish bones, small crabs and lobster...using on them may require you to sharpened the blade often.
