One of the best books that Will equipped knowledge in leadership
This book gives me some awakening & enlightenment how to raise my child. Giving guidance on what are the alternatives to raise successful kids.. people in this current generation, how to handle the situation. Mainly this book motivates my 12 year old daughter too as she herself reading it as when I told her that Esther-the author is mother of Susan and she knows Susan ( she got curious who's this mom who raised this successful woman..) I highly recommend this book to read.

En français: Confiance-Respect-Indépendance-Collaboration et Gentillesse. J'attends avec impatience une traduction française que je puisse transmettre à mes enfants et petits-enfants non anglophones.
