It isn't very clearly stated that this is a 100mg pill; all I kept seeing/reading was that it was a 400mg pill, which would have been perfect. So I won't be buying this again, as it is very pricy if you are taking 4 pills a day.

This supplement helps me improve my sleep quality. I have been struggling with sleep for some time, but since taking these capsules, my sleep quality has improved. My sleep latency has become shorter and I stay asleep longer. I am also feeling more relaxed. The capsules are medium-sized, which makes them easy for me to swallow. It was a great purchase.
