Can a male use silhouette black small? I lay almost all of my day so i need absorbency zoned towards the back like a female. Can I use these?

Ce produit est génial. On a l impression de porter une simple petite culotté. J utilisais des tampons poise avant mais ce n est pas comparable. J ai souvent des fuites à l effort et ces petites calottes s ajustent parfaitement. Elles ne font pas de bosses comme les couches. Sont très douces et absorbent bien . Pendant le jour, malgré quelques écoulements, elles nous donne quand même la sensation d être au sec et aucune fuite. Je vais sûrement en recommander mais j aimerais bien trouver le même confort avec des calottes d incontinence mais lavables
