Excellent smart watch
This is a great watch, simple, atmospheric, I like it very much. There is a TWO-DIMENSIONAL code on the manual, which can be scanned and downloaded by APP. There are many functions in the APP, including heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring and so on. The smartwatch is waterproof and has good battery life, lasting about a week after a two-hour charge. Monitoring my health all the time, its function is far more than its price, very valuable product.

Cool features, two features I'd change
I wanted an inexpensive waterproof watch that would track my sleeping, oxygen levels, and show when I get texts or phone calls. This watch checks off all of my requirements and the app is pretty user-friendly as well. It does monitor stress level, but that seems like an arbitrary number (it measures it every 10 or so minutes). Overall, I'm happy with this watch, but there are a couple of things I don't like about it. Either it doesn't have the ability or I haven't figured it out yet. I would much rather it automatically read my O2 levels every 10 minutes instead of the stress levels - that information is more helpful for me and I don't believe the stress level reading is accurate. I have to click the side button, scroll to the O2 option and click it every time to read the O2. I also receive a lot of group messages, which I have silenced on my phone, but they still vibrate and go through on my watch (which can drive you crazy if you receive 30 group texts back-to back like I do sometimes). I wish there was a way to silence some messages on the watch, but I don't see that as an option. It does have good options on which app is allowed to notify you, but if you're wanting to receive texts, you're going to get all of them - even the frequent group texts that you've silenced on your phone (I have not tried turning off the notifications on the group texts entirely yet, because I do want them to light up my phone, but if they get too out of hand, I will definitely be trying that). It does have Do Not Disturb time settings, but the watch face still lights up when you move your arm in your sleep, which I would prefer to make it so you had to double tap the screen or use the side button to light it up during that timeframe. Overall, this watch has cool features, like your respiratory quality as you sleep, plans to help develop sleep habits, and weight management.

Great for the Price
I was looking for a replacement for my Vivofit4, which died. Didn't want to spend the huge $ that some require, so I found this on Amazon and have been using it for a couple weeks. Still learning how/what to use; but so far - Pluses: 1) Big time numbers - very easy to read. 2) Customizable watch face to show what I want to see at a glance. 3) Great battery life - after a week of wear, it's still 70% charged. I charge it Sunday nights for the week. 4) Activity tracking with 14 activities - I use the Outdoor Walk, Workout and Elliptical. Excellent tracking. 5) Step tracking is right on. 6) Heart rate - watched it through a workout and it appears correct. 7) Veryfit app works well. 8) Documentation is pretty good although I continue to refer to the manual to understand how things work/are working. 8) GPS through the app works well. Minuses: 1) Doesn't seem able to track stress. Could be that my wrist is too hairy. Get the "wear watch tightly" too frequently. Funny though. Seems to do heart rate just fine. 2) Temperature doesn't refresh as frequently as I expected, and can be up to 8 hours late. Does refresh every time I look at the app; but then I'm on my phone anyway, so I may as well look there. 3) Don't seem to have all the functions listed in the manual. Note: I don't use the sleep function. Prefer not to wear it overnight.

Great value with an excellent fitness tracking function
I placed this $49 watch in my wish list and the next day I had a 20% off coupon waiting for it. So I said, “what the heck it looks worth more than $39.” What a pleasant surprise it’s been. My son has an Apple Watch and I was interested in mainly the fitness tracking function but I was unwilling to spend the $799 he did for something I may not like and use. This SKG watch basically has all the fitness functions the Apple Watch has and tracking is maintained by this watch and your cell phone app. This watch has been great so far. You can choose what skin (or cover page design) you want and for me it tracks treadmill time, distance, and step count. Also, time doing weights. It has many other pre-programmed activity tracking options. All the while exercising it keeps a running heart rate (beats per minute) and has blood oxygen on demand. It also tracks and analyzes your sleep cycle. It can set alarms and has a stopwatch function. It also ties into my phone to run my Apple music app, receive text messages, weather, and has a “find your phone” function. I recharge the watch every day while I shower and with my workout tracking and wearing it all day it hasn’t gone below 91% battery so my guess it could go for a few days without recharging. Truly a good buy in my opinion.

I really wanted to like it - but it didn't last long.
I prefer a watch connected to a chest strap and not needing a phone. Unfortunately, those seem to be gone now. The good is that initially I was able to set this up and download the Chinese app and sync the watch to the phone. In using this I noticed first that I cannot isolate the screen to show the heart rate in large font as I did with my polar. Then I noticed that a lot of the time the heart rate did not make sense. I would work out and it would drop. I went back with a chest strap and found that the watch could be 20 beats lower than it should show. tightening up the watch helped some. Not as accurate, but better than nothing. I worked with it that way for about 2 months. Then i found that it would not sync to my phone. I deleted the app and reloaded and tried to reset the watch. My wifi showed both connected but would no longer sync. Then I tried to reset the watch to factory settings to start over. Now it not only will not connect to the app, but it is stuck on a screen showing to download the app. I cannot move forward. It is now totally useless. I wish one of these companies (not Ezon) would come up with an equivalent of the Polar FX7 which was simple, but actually worked.

Sent this one back...
Price for this item is very good - but style is sort of an issue. Watch slips around my wrist from side to side and eventually the band holding the extra strap slips up to the buckle and then you have a strap sticking out. I realize that the price drives function to a point but I really don't like the time (watch) displays you have to choose from - still trying all of them out but I have seen better displays. As with most things like this getting used to using the functions takes a little time. Had a few moments trying to start the "outside" walk function and then turning it off. Finally figured it out and I can make most functions perform now. As far as I can tell there is no automatic link to the phone app - you have to open the app before it will update the data on the phone. Also not sure why each function in the app wants access to my contacts, pictures and locations. I know why they want them but why do they "need" them. I have located another watch with a style I think I might like better at a similar price, they are on the way and I will decide soon if I return these and keep the others. More to follow.... Spent about a week figuring out how to make the watch work, finally was able to get all the functions to work on the phone. But, the unit lost communication with the app on my phone. Spend a couple of days trying to get it to work again but the phone could not locate the watch and I could not get it to sync manually - strange that is was still sending my email to the watch. I finally decided to delete the app, and reinstall the app and attempt to bind the two, nothing... Finally tried to "reset" the watch which left me with only two screens - one telling me to download the app the other showing a QR Code. Unable to get anything to work after that. Sent two watches back (one unopened) and ordered watches from another company. As mentioned above - the band clasp kept slipping up my wrist until I had a "tail" sticking out sideways. Did not have a good experience overall...

**UPDATED** Great, But Won't Update
Update (Dec 2023): I contacted customer service and they gave me all of the basic troubleshooting tips to try to fix the problem. As an IT, I'd already tried all of it before contacting them. Their last suggestion was to switch the app to a different phone. I was using the app on my new Motorola and didn't think it'd work with my lesser known Blu phone. But, I switched the app to my Blu anyway and was pleasantly surprised when it worked. Everything easily updates. I intended for it to be a temporary switch if it worked, but I never switched it back. As a traveler, there's one thing I must note. To add to this watch's awesomeness, you don't lose your steps when you switch to a new time zone. I went 8 hours back and waited until after 12 AM in the current time zone, to switch the time zone on my watch. With all previous watches (other brands), I'd lose all steps on the current date. For example, if I had 2000 steps when I updated the watch to the current time zone, I'd lose those 2000 steps. With this watch, I did not lose. When I got back to my regular time zone and changed the watch back to the normal time (8 hours ahead of where I'd been), I didn't lose my steps then either. Now I know I don't have to wait until 12 AM / midnight to update the time zone on my watch, I can just update it when it's convenient for me. Original (Oct 2023): This is a great watch with a bunch of useful features and I love using it. But, it won't update. I can't update the watch face (even after paying for one) and I can't update the system per the latest update being available. I need another watch face because the current one doesn't show the date. None of the others that are pre downloaded show the time, day, and date. If I could get this thing to update, it'd get 5 stars.

Great watch
Great watch. Good quality. Works great good battery life lasts at least a week before needing charged. Not entirely sure of accuracy of health monitoring but decent reference point I believe. But keeping track of steps and other things like that is great. Unfortunately had to change the band but love the fact easy to do. Also very durable for my line of work

Great!
I was low in iron and this would indicate that my blood oxygen is low. Once I had an iron tablet, BO went back to 100% so yes, this works and it's good to have! The only thing I didn't notice when purchasing is it doesn't indicate blood pressure.

Serves the purpose perfectly
I wanted something simple to use and that had the indicators most relevant to me and I got what I wanted for the right price. My only drawback is that it doesn't connect to the Weight Watcher app the way my Fitbit used to. In order for it to connect, I had to link it to Google Fit which in turn connects to Weight Watcher's app. If that isn't a requirement for you then you are good to go. So far so good. Fingers crossed it has a long life.
