It's size is great for sitting on while also providing heat to my post-surgery back. It's nice to have a controller that has more than 2 or 3 heat settings. The timer is also nice when I use it in bed. All around, much more useful than the smaller, limited control heating pads I have had. Note: the maximum use time (probably set by the CPSC in the US) for all electric heating pads is 2 hours. They then shut off and you have to turn them on again them if you still want heat.

This heating pad is a must have. It really works for multiple aches and pains. You can use it anywhere on your body and I love that you can ate the temperature and timer. Great product

The whole pad is lovely- the color and softness, the control and timer…. Big problem is it’s too thin and very easily crumples up. It doesn’t have the heft to stay flat when leaned back against. It needs to be 3x thicker.

I only have one complaint. The cord is bulky, big and unwieldy. Its a little difficult to find a comfortable spot for the pad with the attachment on the top bottom corner. Otherwise I love that it gets really hot and has auto shut off but you can also set a timer.

I bought this for my 91 year old mother. She loves the softness, and the fact she can control the heat.

Worked great at first, loved the timer setting and heat seattings, but got it November and now end of Jan and Its broken already, wont stay on.
