Susan, I purchased the starter battery kit with 2 free tools from Amazon however the starter kit was priced at $299.Not sure if they still have this promotion.

Can I charge with 220volt?

The charger I have lists only 120 volt input, so I say no you can not use 220 volt input to charge the battery.
