Makes noodles lol
For the price, I am happy with the fact that it has multiple settings to flatten the dough, easy to twist and change thickness. It also has the attachments for noodle cutters of different varieties, as well as an attachment to make stuff raviolis. I haven't tried the ravioli attachment, but the others work just fine. Comes with a noodle drying stand, easy to put together. Only complaint I really have is the piece to secure it to the countertop is on the small side, I would assume for thinner counters? I don't think my counters are out of the norm for size....but the securement piece is so small I had to force it on to my counter to "hold" the pasta maker machine in place, despite the little rubber feet. Put since it didn't really fit, it didn't secure the machine well and I had to make sure to hold onto the other end of the machine while using it or it would have flipped the entire thing + my dough onto the floor. The hand crank handle also fell out of the machine easily, but that was slightly of a less a hassle than the machine not being able to be properly secured to the countertop.

Easy to use
I love how easy it was to make pasta with it the first time. I'm also like that it comes with a rack to hang the pasta with and many other adittions as well. Love it!

Broke within 2 uses...
I was excited to use this noodle maker, mainly for the ravioli attachment. Unfortunately out of box, I noticed that one of the rolling pins to flatten the dough was oblong on the right side, to the extent that the pins were touching on that side and around level 6. I looked past this because I liked the other features and figured I could live with it. Now after the second use, the gears are grinding SO BAD! I can't even use level one for the first role. I'm really disappointed in how horrible this is and I spent money on it only to last for 2 uses.

Squeaky & Inconsistent
My mistake was not wanting to invest a lot of money in something I can do by hand...I should have spent more.If you are on a budget, this is not a bad pasta roller. It just isn't great. It started with a horrid squeak within the first use and it has persisted. (Drives the dogs INSANE! And is like nails on a chalkboard)It rolls rather consistently until you get to truly thin sheets. Then it is a tiny bit thicker on one side. The cutting blades are adequate.I have had no issues with sticking. I dust all my disks and sheets, and have no complaints there.I find it easy to clean...However, the caveat to that is I clean them the old fashioned way. With a stiff brush. No water or soap. Pasta rollers should be brushed clean. Since I have never had any sticking this isn't an issue. Since the only thing to clean is flours off of it.I am not sure how it would hold up to scrubbing regularly? I washed it before I used it and dried it with thin sliced old bread to remove any residual moisture. The clamp does NOT fit over my counters edge, so I either use the table or I bought a quick clamp for it, to use on my Island.

Ease of use
I purchased this device because i am tired of eating processed foods and recently retired. I am male looking to learn new things and we all eat! This machine for these reasons are a win win.Out of the box you simply wipe down the machine with a small piece of dough then proceed to make your pasta. The instructions were simple enough that even us guys can follow and i made enough pasta for my wife and myself that we enjoyed eating on the first try using spelt flour. I look forward to making spaghetti and using the ravioli making attachment and drying rack.
