Great!
Easy to use and worked as described. Using them in a speaker boxes that run off of power tool batteries.

Simple easy battery protection
Works perfectly for my needs (cuts power to devices when battery goes below my set threshold). Easy to figure out how to set the values (I did not get a manual with it).

Great low voltage cut off
Added one of these to my kids power wheels upgrade. I put 18v milwaukee batteries on his 12v mini atv but didn't want to destroy the batteries by running them too low. Cuts off right where I set the voltage which was easy to set. I think i had to look up how to set the voltage online because i don't think they came with instructions, but it was easy.

Works great to keep my batteries from discharging too far.
I purchased this low-voltage cut out for an electric cooler project that I was powering with Milwaukee M 18 batteries. The only complaint I have about these controllers is the fact that they do not turn off their own display when they cut power to the device. Keeping the display on continues to discharge the battery. These do work reliably and I think it is awesome that they show the current voltage of the item they are connected to. Do keep in mind that they do not turn off so if you are using this for a project where light is a concern these may not be what you’re looking for. Another note is that the circuit boards are completely uninsulated and you have to take this into account when mounting them to your project.

Works for 2 18v ryobi in scooter
So they do work but just as other stated they don’t shut off once it cuts voltage so set the voltage cutoff above the minimum amount to prevent damage. Give yourself time to change battery and no box either. But junction boxes can be purchased cheap to contain it. Or pour silicone over the bottom to insulate. But I would go the junction box. I buy these for my audrino chips all the time. Just get proper dimensions and I dremal slots out for wires so device doesn’t have to be removed from box. Obviously this isn’t ideal if your looking for waterproof. But that can be purchased as well if moisture is a issue

Quiescent Current is High
I bought these after accidentally over discharging a LiPo 3S battery. My use case for the battery is a relatively low current (< 100mA) application. While these do what they say, there are some problems. Primarily, the voltage monitoring device itself draws about 90mA when powering whatever is connected to the output. Probably OK in a high current application, but in my case it doubles the total current draw and drops the battery life in half. What is worse is that once the battery drops below the cutoff threshold and the monitor turns off its output, it still draws 20mA. That is WAY too much current to be drawing from a battery that is already as low as it should be discharged. Since the three digit LED display is still functional, I am going to guess that a good chuck of that current is used by that display. It would have been nice to have a way to disable the LED ... perhaps only have the LED on when a button is pushed. In any case, these are not suitable for my application. The three stars are because they actually do work as advertised. Hopefully my review will help in evaluating whether they will work for you.
