Great machine, Very easy to use

Very Nice laminator
We really like this laminator, it does 11x17 sheets as well as standard 8.5x11, it is fairly quick and you don't need to use a protector sheet. Two issues we have had with it: 1. it smells to high heaven for about an hour after you finish using it and 2. sometimes it doesn't fully laminate 10ml sheets. 3 and 5ml sheets work fine, but the 10's occassionally leave unmelted spots and running them through again doesn't help.

Arrived broken
customer service has limited hours so I have not been able to reach them after 3 days.Turn the unit on and all it does is send out a screeching high tone.

Got mine broken
I used to have this in my office but I got mine broken.... kept on auto reverse!!! Spitting out pouches! Checked if there’s a block! But it should not be the case!!! I just got it!!! Really disappointed with this purchase!!!
