These LED pens will illuminate your paper when lighting is dim, or if you need to make notes at night while your partner is sleeping. I like that the pens will accept Monteverdi D1 refills - nice in purple ink!Excellent for nursing staff who need to make notes at night and not disturb patients.Having 4 is excellent value. The ink - black - writes as smooth as silk, the pens' D1 refills are easily obtainable and batteries easily replaceable being button cell LR626 which last a long time.I'm very pleased because these 2 black and 2 red pens are comfortable in the hand and have a nice quality weight to them. Recommended!

I bought these as a stocking filler for my wife,parents and friend.They all loved them,the light comes on at the nib so can be used in poor lighting to write with,other inferior versions have the light at the other end.They look stylish and write nice too.

Very good for the price. They are perfect for writing down dreams in the middle of the night without disturbing anyone. Not sure whether the ink cartridge and battery can be replaced, but I haven’t checked that out yet. If someone invented one with a dimmer switch, that would be amazing, but these are very very good.

These pens are something I use for work frequently and I bought two packs because they’re value for money. I was disappointed however when out of the 8 pens I got, only two actually had ink that worked. All the lights worked and they are super bright but only two pens actually worked to write with so felt like a waste of money all in all.

I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed in this order. Because the ones that work are brilliant I orderedordered a 4th set of these pens..Again when trying, 2 worked very well, the other 2 were hardly a glimmer. I now have quite a few pens, not fully working sadly. WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE!!!Please check to avoid disappointment if a [useful] present.
