I actually cut strip of this and give the to my cats. They love playing with them. I never used them as shoe laces. But very good cat toys.

Disappointed in durability
Disappointed that lace broke within 30 days of lacing a set of favorite boat shoes. Luckily I had cut the single piece received into two sections that allowed extra. Nuisance having to relace the shoe to bring both sides even.
