Dexter-Russell, enough said.
Very durable, easy to clean, works as designed. The edges will scrape your seasoning from your griddle if you’re to aggressive. Doubles well as a second spatula while cooking.

First Dexter-Russell kitchen tool and LOVE the brand!!
I wanted a scraper for cooking (and cutting) philly cheese steak meat on the griddle/skillet. This scraper is PERFECT for that -- solid and won't bend with a sharp cutting edge. Of course, I've also used it as a scraper and it does a wonderful job at that too. This is my first Dexter-Russell kitchen tool and I absolutely love the quality and feel of this scraper. The biggest downside is that it is pricey.After purchasing this scraper, I needed to replace my 4" pizza cutter and was torn between the Dexter-Russell brand cutter and a similar designed cutter at half the price. I went with the cheaper one and after receiving it, I wish I would've just gotten the DR brand cutter. There were QC and design issues with cheaper one. The point being is if you want a good quality kitchen tool go with the Dexter-Russell one. Lesson learned.

If I could take only one tool cooking on a griddle it’s this
This is a restaurant quality tool.Probably the most versatile piece of equipment on my home Blackstone griddle in terms of cooking and cleaning.Sturdy, strong, very useful.

Bad Quality Control
I have always had good luck with Dexter but this product was useless. The edge grind was very heavy in the middle and the steel has a curve to it. I didn’t notice until I tried scraping with it for the first time and it only made contact at the edges. I expect better quality from Dexter.

Sturdy and tough
I bought this to scrape my griddle And it will do the job for sure. You will never need to worry about this breaking or wearing out. It’s a quality made product. I have to believe there is technique to scraping which I haven’t found yet but once I figure that out I would give it 5 stars.

This scrapper works great. Very sturdy. Cleans off any burnt on stuck food.
