Bought a HP laptop after I retired and since our desktop PC was well on its way out due to being so old, I decided to use a laptop with this docking station when at home, and if on the road I can just take the laptop with me. I was told my HP laptop can use either the small circular power plug for power, or the USB-C port. This is completely true and my laptop along with this docking station has been working and charging flawlessly for months now. Oh joy!

I needed a decent hub to set up my friend's house for work from home. I bought everything he needed but couldn't find a dock to go with his existing computer that was several hundred dollars. I decided to try this and it has been great. I plan on getting another one for my office. The convenience of just having to plug in the one thing is amazing. Everything else stays conveniently tucked away. I just wish the USB-C cable coming from the hub was longer so I could tuck it away out of sight easier.

I got this docking station because it had a power button and I figured that it would turn on my work laptop without me having to open the screen. It doesn't. The power button just turns the docking station on and off, it does NOT power on the laptop. Re-reading the product description, no where does it say that it doesn't turn on the laptop. "✅Specially USB C Dock Station: This docking station has specially designed the Power ON/OFF button. Plug and play. It can save consumption to the greatest extent. The LED Display will light up when you plug in the port. The dock station has the Double Anti-slip Strip. Safety lock hole design ensures safety." Other than that, it's a pretty solid docking station.

I tested this dock out and it works w/ Dell Latitude 5420 and Lenovo P1 Gen 3 and Gen 4 Laptop.Affordable compared to other brand docks

The 2nd HDMI port failed after three months. Troubleshooting shows the same cord, monitor works in other port. Very pricy to only last three months.

Perfect docking station for my HP laptop.

When I got this dock, I mainly planned to use it with a NUC and a laptop interchangeably at my desk, and just have the one usb-c cable to swap when I changed things. Almost everything does what I want, except that the network adapter in this unit seems to either be malfunctioning, or there's something baked into these that tries to bruteforce attack other network devices, because within about 3 minutes of plugging the ethernet on this in, I start getting a DDoS-like packet flood that causes my entire network to cease functioning properly.Simply switching the ethernet back from this dock to the computer directly immediately stopped this so I know it's not the computer's themselves.Also what another reviewer mentioned about only one display working with his macbook doesn't surprise me as it seems the dock doesn't handle higher than 1080p on displayport

I bought this, just as advertised to run 4 displays. I had it all setup and the display port was bad. Im sure the odds of this happening were 1 in 10,000. Unfortunately, I was that “1”. I tested on other devices with just the display port and it was unresponsive. I needed it quickly so I just grabbed something from a local store while I was waiting on the return.
