It’s incredibly helpful for sleep and relaxation

I’ve used this for years as an all natural concoction with another natural sleep aid & magnesium. I take 3 of these for a total of 5 altogether & I get very deep satisfying sleep with zero after effect in the morning. Wake up ready to go about the day. Nothing addictive about these as I go for weeks or months because I already sleep pretty well for a 56 year old woman. But these take your sleep to a new level but I take 3 per night when I do take them. I weigh 138 & it’s a perfect dosage along with the magnesium & other additional natural sleep aid. I played with the dosage for awhile to see what worked best & for years my concoction with these as the pillar is simply brilliant for the best sleep of your life. I sleep between 7-8 hours & have memorable dreams (REM). And surprisingly can wake up, go to bathroom, and go right back to sleep into the dream I stopped to go to the bathroom (like when I was a healthy little kid). Amazing pills.

I literally cannot rate this product high enough. I’m not a fan of most sleep aids, and at this point I was ready to try ANYTHING. This stuff is EXTREMELY effective, and honestly for how much it helps I feel like this is what you need to be spending your money on. My energy levels in the morning were normal and I felt so refreshed after finally getting some good solid sleep. I take these with water and I don’t really notice a taste, the pills are a bit larger but I mean they’re only a little above average. I cannot recommend this enough though. They have them at my local GNC now so I buy them there, but if you’re on the edge of purchasing these, let this be the review that tips you over. They are very worth your money.

Love the product however too much waste in the packaging. The pills take up less than half of the bottle. Deceptively packaged and a waste of resources.

I have had trouble sleeping all my life. Started taking these two months ago. I fall asleep very fast. I do have to shut my eyes. But once I do I drift off. And I find if I wake up in the middle of the night like I usually do I end up falling back to sleep within a few mins. No more pm meds no more pm hang overs. I wake up refreshed and ready to go. I will never be without it from now on.

I’m a very light sleeper and when I do Sleep My dreams feel real so my mind isn’t 💯 in rem sleep. This product will make you sleepy about 30 mins of taking it. I can only take these on my days off due to the long hours I work. I can’t chance of over sleeping. My friends daughter who suffers from a slight case of insomnia, has taken only one dose. She’s used several brands on melatonin and they work for a few days then stop. So I allowed her to try one. She said It was the best sleep she’s had in a while. I think it’s safe to say this works!! Or at least It does for us!! It’s a little pricy. But with his much I’ve spent in melatonin… it’s worth it to me

Worked decent but I hated knowing it had dyes in the ingredients. What’s the point? Def won’t buy again due to that alone.
