These are my favorite containers. They’re totally air tight and durable. I guess the clear lid may scratch up a bit but that’s not really a dealbreaker for me. I use them to keep fruit and veggies in my fridge. It really prolongs the fruits freshness. I also keep cheese and deli meat in them too. Cookies and trail mix stay fresh in them as well. I hand wash these only. I highly recommend.

These are the best deli meat keepers. They’re so good I bought another large and 3 small. I use them for my cheese and hot dogs. The best part is everything stays super fresh. I’ve only had them a few weeks and my meat and cheese are staying fresh. They seem really sturdy, very thick plastic, dishwasher safe and a thick rubber gasket around the lid. They are a bit difficult to open and if you pull on the clip I can see that part breaking off, especially if you twist. There is a small lip on the lid to help in opening the container. I saw that some people said it wasn’t closing just the clip to hold it closed. I noticed right away that if I didn’t press down relatively hard it seemed like it was closing but it wasn’t, you need to press out the air and it’ll seal tight and the clip then snaps in place. Not closing the container properly could be why the food wasn’t staying fresh. It’s a little tricky because the clip feels like it’s latched but it’s not, pressing down the lid completely and then the clip will snap. You will hear air coming out when you press down. I highly recommend these containers and even though they’re pricey they’re worth it for all the money you’ll save from not throwing out expensive deli meats and cheese.

I like this deli keeper, however I have arthritis in my hands & wrists and when my hubby is away on a business trip, I just stopped even trying to get the darned thing open. He even said it was difficult to open and it takes 2 hands. I guess that’s because the seal is so airtight which is a good thing. It does keep our deli meat fresh longer, as our fridge is on the older side and doesn’t have a designated deli or meat drawer. Overall, I would say that it’s worth it for its airtight qualities (this would be great for packing in a cooler) and as long as you have strong hands and a little patience to deal with opening it, give it a try.

Great quality container for storing items in the fridge

Ordered two of these. They have clear lids so easy to see which type of lunch meat is inside without having to open. Some reviews have mentioned the plastic latch breaks easily. Lid has a rubber seal that fits tightly so I just press closed and don’t snap latch. Keeps lunch meat fresh. Stackable and keeps frig neat.

Great storage container. Easy to use. Love that top is hinged to container. Lots of uses. Will buy again.

Bought this for deli meat and cheese. Keeps them fresh for a long time. It seals very tight. The size is great to fit both items.

Excelente, plastico duro, se ve de buena calidad y durabilidad. Es bastante de tamaño regular. Le cabe fácil medio kilo de queso o jamon rebanado (como vienen los paquetes del super). Por lo gral los compro y a la semana comienzan a echarse a perder. Pero en este contenedor ya llevan 2 semanas y continuan como si nada! Muy recomendable!

Love these containers. Bought to place cheddar slices in once we open package. Those self sealing packages never seal properly once opened, but putting our slices into this prep container helps keep them from drying out and they last longer.
