Love my new Pivo for when I am training my horse. Love that I can actually go back and review to what mistakes I have made and what my horse is doing especially when your riding by yourself. Very easy to use and the instructions are great. Absolutely recommend.

Got this less than a year ago and this morning, as I was setting up, the part shown in the picture fell off. I can attach it back, but it’s no longer recognizing me. Contacted Pivo’s customer service and they are replacing the unit, since it’s under warranty!!!

I was so excited to get this product as the videos on the website make it look perfect for self-recording myself riding. Unfortunately it does not work well at all. If you get to close to the camera while it is recording it's auto tracking will stop working. This is hugely inconvenient when in the saddle as you have to reset the video manually as it will not auto-retrack your position. The unit also does not track smoothly, so the videos it makes are extremely hard to watch (picture bad handy-cam videos that make you nauseous). And lastly, and perhaps most disappointing, it does not hold a charge. I can get 1 full video out of the unit before it has to be plugged back in. I ride 3 horses a day, which means I can only record one before it has to be plugged back in for an hour to charge. Total waste of money.

Super love this for recording my rides! It hasn’t ever really lost me unless I’ve come too close or there’s another horse in the ring. Only think I wish is that you could record the video done through pivo meet, which is really unfortunate because the Meet feature is my favorite part! I currently take jumping lessons with a trainer 20 hours from me, and dressage lessons with a trainer in another country!

I ride horses and this is great to have for when I’m in the arena. If there are multiple horses around you, it will not stay on your horse. My friend just had to throw the tripods, with the Pivo on the ground, because her horse started to get spooked when she picked it up, while on top of him and the Pivo withstood being thrown and landing on ground. If you get this you will also want to buy a microphone to pair with your phone because when you get far from the Pivo device and your phone your voice doesn’t get recorded. I really like this device so far and have only had good results with it.

I’ve been wanting PIVO ever since I saw the ad on TikTok and now I finally have one. With that being said I’m very much satisfied how easy the pivo is to setup and how I am able to use it to do my trailer reactions through Streamyards. The tripod stand is perfect and easy to adjust as well there isn’t anything negative that I can say about this product.

As soon as the 1 year warranty ends, this product gets loose and breaks. At which point support stops being responsive, doesn't offer easy returns exchanges or support. Nice product, but expect to toss it in the trash in a year.

I saw a few adverts for this on Facebook and was interested to see what it would do. Amazon were selling them at a discounted price for Prime Day and I had a voucher that I could use too, so I snapped it up! I've been really impressed with it so far. It's pretty easy to use. It does sometimes lose the horse, but usually if it's too far away or it isn't distinct enough from the background. Looking forward to playing with it some more!

Très satisfaite de mon achat. Produit de très bonne qualité. Facile à mettre en route. Bon suivi du cheval mais il faut veiller à ne pas passer trop près de l’appareil sinon il vous perd, mais retrouve le cheval tout seul quand il est à bonne distance. Testé seule en carrière donc aucun problème de suivi sinon. À voir avec plusieurs chevaux à l’entraînement en même temps dans le même espace. Pour le moment je suis très satisfaite. Je n’ai plus besoin de mobiliser quelqu’un pour filmer mes séances. Je recommande à 100% !

乗馬レッスンのために購入したが、馬モードで馬を認識しない。追跡機能もほぼ働かない。 サポートは「英語のサービスしか提供していないため、翻訳アプリを使用...」、少し意味が不明のことがある。 返信は早くて親切だが問題解決にはいたらない。 解決した質問に対して何度も同じ回答が届き、新しい2番目の質問に関しての回答を得るのに苦労した。 今後、問題が少しでも解決したら改めてレビューを考えたい。。。 その後、 サポート（海外、翻訳アプリ利用）とやり取りを繰り返し、返品、（問題がなければ返金）の案内を受けたが、日本の会社で購入し日本国内から配達されたはずが、返品は海外宛てで指定の業者（商品の値段と変わらないような料金）を払わなければならない。とても誠実な対応とは言えない。互換性について会社のサイトに記載していると言われたが、アマゾン・ジャパンで購入し、説明にも＞【接続・互換性】 iOSおよびAndroidのスマートフォンのデバイスに対応しています。とはっきり明記されている。会社のサイトに飛んで使えるか調べろとは一言もない。購入する人は使えない可能性があることをよくよく考えた方が良いと思う。 追記 その後、返品（高額送料は着払い）・返金手続きが完了。 返金されたのは評価するが、受け取るにはPaypalのみで使いもしないのびわざわざ登録必須、その上使い道がない。Paypalに残高として入ったまま塩漬け。また、しっかり手数料を引かれている。 最後まで対応してくれた韓国？からのサポートは評価、 時間のかかり過ぎと連絡なく勝手に手数料をとられたことは評価できない。 日本のアマゾンで購入しても、実は海外の会社とのやりとりになるというのは分からなかった 問題が生じた時は非常に困難、要注意
