I have had this product for 6 months and it has been super stable. It's the first CCTV system that I have actually manged to enable 'Push' mobile alerts and 9 times out of 10, a person is actually detected and it's not a false alarm. Normally, these systems just support 'Movement' detection, however this is useless as when bushes move or it rains, the system is triggered all the time. This system is able to tell the difference between a car or a human which is great so when I have the NVR to detect a 'Human', it means no false alarms when it rains or birds land on the lawn - Perfect! The system worked well for 6 months and then appeared to crash at the 'System Initializing' screen on startup which was a real pain. ZOSI Support are very responsive, even at weekends which was a breath of fresh air. They sent me some new firmware releases which successfully got the NVR to boot again but then had further issues with the alerts after Luckily ZOSI support managed to address this issue for me too as it appears that somehow the 'Push Notifications' managed to get disabled, even thought they all looked to be enabled for me in the app. Lynne and Joseph were very responsive and managed to fix these for me too restoring the service that I expected, so many thanks to them for this. I'm hoping that it's going to remain working and stable now but am pleased to have firmware that is only 4 weeks old.

I’m not one to leave reviews and honestly I don’t see the point of leaving reviews until you have fully experienced the product and the dealt with the company that sold it to you when there is an issue. I’ve now had my system for 10 months and hands down the best cctv I’ve ever owned and I am by no means new to CCTVs. I’ve even owned a £1000 setup previously but nothing beats this Zosi system. This is a solid piece of kit and the technology is top class too, everything can be done on the app and the image quality day or night is amazing! I barely have any lights at night by my front door but yet can see clearly through the camera. I love the siren and the flashing lights when it’s triggered within your set parameters. I was even recently able to download a video through the app to share with the police regarding a recent incident near my house. One of my cameras failed recently and Zosi didn’t only upgrade that camera to the newest version for me, but they replaced the entire set of 4 for free and apologised on top for the inconvenience. I am thoroughly impressed with this system, particularly the pristine quality of the cameras. The sharpness of the images captured is truly remarkable, and the added Sound & Light option, which activates in response to any motion or human movement within its range, significantly enhances its utility. What's more, the proactive technical support provided is simply the icing on the cake. All my inquiries were addressed promptly and efficiently, providing a seamless customer experience. Taking into consideration the system's superior features and excellent customer service, I believe it offers great value for the money. I'm very disappointed with the purchase. I don't recommend it. Three or four of the cameras have stopped working. I'd like to request a refund or exchange.

Shout out to Ariana who after doing some troubleshooting with me is sending out a new camera after mine seems to have failed. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened but luckily Ariana got me a replacement. Regarding the product itself. The positives and negatives of this product + The quality of the picture is very good for the price as is the quality of the camera itself, seems to be a metal shell. + The mounting mechanism and positioning of the cameras are very intuitive, easy and strong. + It being power over Ethernet really helps with cable management as you can just cut the cable, crimp it on the other side and therefore not make a huge hole in the wall + It can record 24/7 with ease and can be set to just notify you when it sees a human. I also set it so that it lights up when it does see someone and for a private area, it makes a noise to bring extra attention that they are being watched. - Could do with more than a year warranty as I've had 2 cameras fail on me. One going into constant reboot, or one where it would fail at night and go into constant reboot. - The app is absolutely awful. It seems to base the time on my time compared with UTC, it should only consider the time of the camera. But basically, you do it to 4pm and then the timeline will show 3pm as we are currently in GMT+1. - Camera firmware is hit and miss. The automatic night vision mode was too sensitive before an update and not sensitive enough after the update, so at night time it doesn't always pick up people properly as the infrared isn't on. Things that could be improved: * Better documentation on what every term means, I find it doesn't always seem to be readily available * Updates are available but on the NVR it doesn't say and ideally the app could let me know about new updates, what the update does and whether to accept it preferably as an automatic download and update. Also the model on the camera is not what you search for but it is the firmware code you look at e.g camera is ZGXXXX but you look for C182

Great communication from Ariana, resolved a small problem immediately without fuss, great customer Service. Would highly recommend this system, fantastic quality product with crystal clear images with great sound and numerous funtion options / human detection/ alarms / notifications / clear night vision. The cameras are really good and thanks to the clarity they helped us catch up with the guy who stole my sons bike from our driveway. However, all 4 cameras packed up within a year, 3 stopped working all together and the forth ones lights don't work properly anymore. Cathy at Zosi has been a great help and has replaced 3 of the 4 cameras. We are in contact with zosi again to try and sort the 4th camera out. Zosi are very quick and helpful to respond and have been very patient with us with our delayed responding and of sending the 3 faulty cameras back, which is very much appreciated.

I've got three of the four cameras mounted now, the fourth will not connect without the light/alarm going off regardless of where it is or what port it's in or what cable is used, so I've had to leave it disconnected for now. The pictures are excellent, with a clear zoom facility that gives quite amazing clarity from a fair distance which is a substantial upgrade from our previous cameras. It comes with a 2TB disk which is for us, about a month's worth of continuous recording so really very substantial. The app is where many of the settings are changed so you'll definitely need to download and connect to that. That being said, the app is glitchy from poor connectivity to the cameras, to losing contact that makes altering settings tricky. The playback on the app is jittery as opposed to the playback on the system which is smooth. The motion detection for the lights is a bit sensitive on one of them but I'm hoping that there's a sensitivity scale I can adjust to fix that. I'm trying to strike a balance between trying not to annoy the neighbours opposite by having a light going off every couple of minutes and achieving colour footage should we have anyone in our garden. The audio is currently an issue as it is coming through on all cameras in short sharp bursts which has rendered it not only unusable but also rather annoying. I have been in touch with the company about the issues I'm having and am happy with the prompt responses I've been getting. To be clear, I'm currently in the middle of working through this with the company so we've not resolved the issues as yet, but they are so far being helpful and I'm hopeful that this can be taken care of soon. EDIT: after many tests and information requests their customer service has given us one option and that is to dismantle and return the entire system to them. We haven't been offered anything in its place so far or know what they intend to do next if anything. This is a problem that will leave us without any CCTV for an unknown period of time which is deeply troubling and no one has informed us of whether they'll replace anything or repair it. It's not a good outcome so I'm unfortunately removing stars from the review. I'm fortunate enough to be within the first thirty days of purchase so I am able to return with no issues. I'd have loved to be able to continue using this system as a fully functioning one would have been fantastic. I loved the features and clarity of pictures, the ability to choose between infrared night vision and the lights from the camera giving us colour video, and the excellent zoom feature. If I could have got the audio working and a fourth camera working I'd probably give this a four and a half out of five. The half off would be just because the app isn't as seamless as it could be, but the camera system itself when it works is great. The app issues are a bit annoying but not enough for it to put me off having this system if it worked ok. I got this on offer for £330 which for the features it has was a decent price.
