Ronseal RSLHLCF330G 300g Smooth Finish Hairline Crack Filler

I am not a handy person but I had a hairline Crack in my ceiling after a bad rain storm with water coming through. I saw this product and applied to my textured ceiling. I was able to move it around with my finger. It dried and looks great now. The roof had to be repaired also.

Very good for finish cracks.

Product works. Hard to squeeze, be patient. Small ceiling crack can be filled ( dont over fill). Product does not spread or sand.

The product works great. It filled the hairline cracks in my ceiling. They are virtually invisible even without painting it. The reason I gave 1 star is because the packaging broke just like other people said. It popped open on the end where it has the hole that hangs on a hook at the store. Where it popped open, the caulk was hard, so there has obviously been a hole there for awhile. The caulk leaked which meant I had to use as much as I could today. I used it as normal caulking on window frames, base molding, crown molding, etc. The upside is that I got a lot of cracks and splits filled and so far they look fantastic. I wish they fixed the packaging. I would not recommend simply because of the packaging. This is really expensive and works great but more than likely throwing away $9 worth of product makes it a fail. I will not purchase it again.

This is one product that does exactly what the name says - fills in hairline drywall cracks. I used lots of caulks and spackles over the years but they were never thin enough for a true hairline crack - they would work fine for wider cracks. This comes out of the tube as thin paste but then when I apply with a finger, just flows into the smallest crack and fills it. Dries pretty quick as well to an almost transparent color - I did not see the need to paint it over it was so clear while covering the crack. This is as close to a miracle product as I have seen for drywall repair.

The product seems solidified inside the tube. Very hard to squeeze out. I gave up after spending five minutes to get about an inch. Waste of money.

Um Schäden auszufüllen in Form von kleinen Löchern ok - aber um Haarrisse auszufüllen - wie im Angebot erwähnt - nicht zu gebrauchen. Auch wenn es Trocken ist.. es wäscht sich beim ersten Gebrauch wieder raus. Das hätte ich mir sparen können.

Works really well, nice an smooth and covers cracks and holes well without being clumpy like some other products. It does have an off white colour, so needs to be painted over a few times to cover the colour of the filler but has a good finish once painted.

Product does not have a pointed nozzle so may be difficult to apply if trying to fill an internal corner, as for the formula it works VERY WELL, fills easy, dries quick sands and paints well.
