I have been using this for over a month now and assembly was very simple and the directions were easy to follow. I had this assembled in under 10 minutes. The plug in cord is pretty short so you need an extension cord otherwise you have to be within 2 feet of an outlet. I use this on carpet so I don’t need a floor mat but I would suggest one on non carpet floors to avoid movement. This folds up very easy and is so light weight so it’s great for moving around and for using while at a desk. I typically speed walk or run and this is one of the quietest treadmills I’ve ever used. I also like that the calories and distance trackers are accurate. The Bluetooth connection works great but the speakers are kind of on the quiet side. Overall great treadmill for this price!

This is a very small treadmill. It is for small/petite women or children. I’m 160lb and 5’7”. Walking IMO is appropriate, great if you’re working from home. This is not very safe for running. It’s too narrow and short. I’m keeping it because it was cheap, lightweight and adequate for my needs.

Tli purchased this treadmill because I wanted to be able to walk while I work from home. It gets the job done. The handles are shaky. They are also super low so my idea to lay a board across to place my laptop did not work. I’m nearly 5’6” and the handles are just far too low. Perhaps it would work for someone who is much smaller. Overall the treadmill works well for walking. I have not tried running because typing and running do not work well together. I have not tried it yet but this machine might be too loud for conference calls.

I like working out on it but I wish the machine didn't make so much noise while the conveyer belt is moving

I wanted to love it, but it's hard to love it when the monitor is no longer reading correctly. The number one looks like a 7, the number 4 looks like a 9, etc, so when you're trying to track your time, speed and distance it's all confusing now. It really messes up the overall experience.In the picture the speed is at 1, but it looks like 7.I'm disappointed that it malfunctioned in less than 2 weeks. I really wanted to enjoy it a lot longer.

The media could not be loaded.  I usually don't feel comfortable writing bad reviews however this was a matter of safety and I feel the need to caution anyone who is looking into getting this. I have just returned this item and had to pay 28 dollars and tax for a box to ship it, the seller refused to refund me that cost even though I explained it was not possible to remove the item from original box and keep it intact. They rudely told me "you can find a box to return" when I asked if they could ship me a box. This size is obviously not common so there was no other option other than to purchase one if I wanted my refund.Aside from that the major issue was that it was DANGEROUSLY DEFECTIVE. First time using it was fine but then the display started to malfunction. Then, the heart rate monitor was sounding off more and more frequently and the device speakers are extremely loud. At the same time the heart rate monitors started to shock me. First it was a little sting -thought it was just static but the last time I tried to use it, it shocked me pretty hard and then the Treadmill stopped. I almost fell, it was very scary because it did not slow down like when the safety magnet disengages, it was an abrupt stop like it turned off but it was clearly still on. I had my partner test it and same thing happened. It was also getting extremely hot and burning my feel after only ten minutes of use.I explained all of this to the seller and sent them a video of what happened. The reply was surprising- "The hot condition is due to being placed on the carpet.This type of carpet has a very low bottom and does not dissipate heat.And the upper meter is broken.we can send it to you from the factory.But it will take two months." Obviously the description says nothing about it not being approved for carpet and there is no way anyone can tell what "type" of carpet I have from the video I sent (attached to this review.) I told them that they posted this with a false description, that if I had known that I would never have purchased it. It says nothing in the manual about appropriate flooring for this either. I told them two months was extremely long and I wanted a refund yet they still tried to get me to keep it and they would send a new upper meter/80 dollar refund for the 2 month wait even though they know I have carpet. Made no sense. Please do not buy this, for your safety.

this is a great little machine ,very satisfied with it ,light portable works great I use it all the time.very small footprint put it anywhere in the house....A+++++
