So husband ordered this for his work not realizing just how small it is. Maybe 5 inches across total. It is very heavy for it's size. It does not work for future soldier testing, but is great for using at home. Our kid has SPD and using this during her calm times to weigh down her lap has been absolutely wondrous for her rest time.

The ball came with a strong odor, which was mentioned in the description. I left it outside, under some shade, for a day or two and much of the smell had worn off when I came to collect it. The ball is soft, easy to hold and helps me add some intensity to workouts. Its durability is impressive, had it for months and it’s still in the same shape as it was the day I received it. I also like the bright color.

I like the feel of the ball. Easy to grip and fits in my hands perfectly. The only downside is that 3lbs is a bit heavy for what I need it for. A 2.5lbs ball would have been perfect.

A little larger than I expected for a 2-lb toning ball, but it matches the description perfectly. Now that I have it, the ball still hasn’t made it down to my home gym. I like to use it lifting behind my heard when I’m listening to a conference call, and 2 lbs is perfect for improving my posture and releasing tension. I may order a second for use while doing Pilates.

I use them in combination with the yoga Hamic to adjust my neck and they are perfect and texture and size. Other ones that I have are way too hard/stiff. These are kind. Thank you

I've been using a light weighted ball to rehab my shoulder, and I left it in a hotel room. The old one was cooler looking than this one (patterned colors), but I'm not too concerned with the appearance. This replacement works just as well. It's the right weight, it's squishy, and it's perfect for what it is!

I bought a couple ( a 5 & 6 Lb. ) to use for strength building for my golf swing. Saw a pro using one and thought I would try it. He used a 6 lb one. I think a better fit for me would be 3 or 4 lb to start with. ( He holds it instead of a club in his back swing and then casts it down to where the ball would be using his golf swing. ) I happened to use it for a swing target to work on head alignment at contact. The balls are very tough and stand up well to being hit with a golf club. You easily can feel if you are off center or have a misaligned golf club head at contact. Also the ball will move forward a few feet with a vigorous swing !
