I did lots of research before I ordered this product I wanted something compact & easy to use and can be used when she is sleeping on bed, so this was ideal product + value for money, it is nice, feels comfortable and good after using. However I assumed it can be reclined I see something underneath where I should receive attachment where it can be reclined hence have attached photos however I have not received that in box. Seller please get back on this.I feel packaging must be more safe and no branded box comes along it comes with brown Amazon box that’s alright but more study packaging or a label that says electronic Handel with care on top should be mentioned on the box.

Being a farmer my daily schedule is very much hectic. I have to stand in farm for long hrs. This gives relaxation to my feet.But little difficult to adjust thighs.

Called Amazon,they argue that they won't return because nothing is broken. I told them it is defective because it is too hard and will break toe, ankle, fingers and we can't use it, hence it is defective and they need to return. Amazon unwilling to return because their definition of defective means switches or body part etc is not broken so it is not defective. I informed the agent that Amazon will accept liability for injuries caused by the defective product they sold.

1) Good Product2) Heating facility not experienced.3) Remote not found in parcel4) Product Serial No. is not found / missing. Therefore, unable to register online said product for warranty and extended warranty period. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful on topmost priority, please.
