This supplement by itself might be ok, but if you’re taking a D3 supplement with k in addition to this, you’re probably overdosing on k. I realized I was getting around 600mcg a day for about two weeks, and ended up with an atrial fibrillation episode that didn’t resolve itself. Ended up in the hospital and had to have a cardioversion done. During the majority of those two weeks before the episode, my body and nerves were extremely triggered by stress and loud noises. 400mcg even by itself seems excessive according to my research and cardiologist.
