Easy to use
This printer was easy to set up. It prints nice vivid pictures. It is very nice printer for the price.

this is an awful printer
i bought an Epson Workforce 4833. It lasted all of about a month before it started acting up and not printing. I tried everything except customer service because they have NONE. I even bought a cleaning kit on my own dollar to try and sort it. After cleaning the unit, it randomly would not accept some of the ink cartridges it was happy with before the cleaning but if I opened a new one it was fine. Coincidence? probably not. After a few hours I got so frustrated i had a tantrum on it and did a scene out of office space where I threw it at a wall and it basically exploded. It made me feel better for a few minutes but then I remembered I had $600 worth of ink so I went on Amazon and bought a replacement. Not kidding it did the same thing within 58 pages. Keep in mind I am using EPSON print cartridges. If Trustpilot would let me leave a ZERO star I would. this is for sure going back to Amazon. I am throwing out the rest of the ink I own and going to Canon or someone else. DO NOT BUY anything from EPSON. this is the worst customer and unit experience I have ever experienced.

Exceptional Value
I was very impressed with how easy this was to set up all those things and get running. I was also impressed with all of the options. For the price this is an exceptional value. I would definitely purchase more of these.

Exceeded expectations
Easy install. Up and running in less than 15 minutes. Automatically synced with my Samsung phone and downloaded the print app to my phone. App worked perfectly. No complaints here. Good price also.

Operation
Unpacked, plugged in, and it worked perfectly after it locked onto the router through the wi-fi system. Works perfectly including, most importantly to us, both two-sided and use of envelopes. Great for a small business that sends mail to clients.

Confusing manufacturer specs
The manufacturer's specs seem to imply (hopefully inadvertently) that the Workforce Pro WF-4833 All-in-One multifunction can accommodate 8=1/2x14 (legal) paper. However the largest paper that BOTH paper trays can accommodate is 8=1/2 x 11 (letter.) The top Scan/Fax feeder may as claimed by the manufacturer accommodate paper longer than 11", but the Copy and Print functions cannot.

The Worst Printer I Have Ever Owned.
Normally I do not write negative product reviews but this one is a buyer alert. I bought this printer from Amazon over 2 years ago. The biggest problem was with the ADF always jamming paper. Later on the printer failed to print 24 lb paper due to paper jams. Now the printer sounds like a wood chipper due to stripped out plastic gears. I am rather livid about Epson design and performance that I may ship this piece of junk back to Epson. Do not even think about buying this printer!
