I bought this after looking through scientific research on the active ingredient in this product. This works quite well and I saw real results that are typically seen with an increase in testosterone levels, not some placebo effect. I saw no difference the first 3 weeks of taking this and was starting to think this is just another hyped supplement. By week 4, I started to notice a difference and after several months of use (2 capsules, 5x per week, weekends off) I saw muscle gain from weight training and improvements in exercise endurance. This dosage may be too high for some so one could start with a lower dose or consult with your doctor. Make sure to use on some schedule that allows days off from taking it otherwise the body will stop responding to it. I also saw some minor hair loss, another typical response that indicates that testosterone levels had increased.
