Pull both side of the band off. You can use the wall port of you phone charger to charge it.I was stuck on how to reset the time and date.You have to turn your Bluetooth on on your phone, download the Smart Wristband 2 app, then on your watch select the phone search icon.It will find your phone and reset your time and date for you.I gave it 4 stars only because the instructions it came with are crap.I had to go through all of the comments to find the info I needed.Hope this helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The watch is great the app that supports it is horrible *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2017* Downloaded the latest app 5 days ago and it is a lot better, increased the stars from 1 to 4.The watch is great the app that supports it is horrible.Initially I was willing to put up with having to reinstall every couple of days because it was the only way to re-establish a connection.A few days ago my phone battery life went down to 2-3 hours instead of lasting all day.Found out that the culprit was the Smart Wristband2 app, which is consuming double what the next app was consuming.Since it is just past 30 days I can no longer return it, left feedback with the vendor. ### ⭐ I ordered this item because it said "heart rate monitor" ... *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2017* I ordered this item because it said "heart rate monitor".
