Clinical Documentation Integrity Journal: ICD-10/DRG Review Templates

This is great for new staff. I use it for denial disputes as I always make my notes on paper and I keep a copy to track my disputes. Instead of keeping loose paper or reviews in various notebooks, I just use and keep these with dates to track. I love it. So much more organized.

I really love this CDI journal. Filling in the blanks is so easy and serves as a reminder to capture necessary information without having to go back and look again. It’s great to see everything I need without flipping pages or toggling between screens. It’s so easy to take with me on rounds with the providers and have all the info right in front of me. The query section allows me to track and remind doctors that queries are pending. I definitely recommend this tool, especially for new CDI.
