Great tool for getting proportions correct
Great tool to help to learn proportions while drawing. I use this tool a lot

drawing tool that is easy to use.
Easy to set up and I used it for drawing portraits. No problems using the tool and it is fairly priced. Keep it on my drawing table for various measurements.

It does the job but…
I bought this in a rush as I was needing it before my art class started. It did what I needed it to do then, but I eventually had to buy a bigger one because I couldn’t use it for still portraits I needed to paint later.

Divider cheap plastic. Buy the brass one despite much higher cost it works with precision.
Good color wheel, grid snd gray value scale BUT divider is cheap plastic that easily warps and is not consistent.

Easy to learn scale and proportions
My father started doing art in his 70’s. He is now in his 80’s. He is now beginning to do more detail and shading. I can’t wait to give him this for Christmas!

proportional scale divideR WILL NOT HOLD POSITON
Got to use the proportional scale divider today. ITS JUNK AND WILL NOT HOLD ITS POSITION FOR EVEN A COUPLE OF SECONDS. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT ACCURACY, IT WILL MAKE YOU CRAZY TRYING TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING. YOU CANT GET IT TIGHT ENOUGH UGH.
