This inspection hatch has a good quality matt finish and was very easy to fit in a plaster board wall. I would have given 5 stars except that the hinges on the door are very flimsy and snap off easily. This did not upset me as the hatch will only be used very rarely and one would wish to lift the door out in any event to do work 'through the hole'. The door clips 'in and out' easily without the hinges. For the money - given the wide range of available sizes - this is a good purchase for an occasionally used inspection hatch. It is not suitable for a door that has to be opened frequently.
