Many times I feel these supplements are a matter of mind over matter, cause how do you know the extent to which these supplements are actually improving your total health? So what I do judge these by what they don’t do to me, so this didn’t cause me any irritations, it doesn’t have a foul smell, be warned though the tablet size is decent so its not so easy to swallow. I don't know why I skipped out on buying these again! I definitely can tell a difference going over 2 months without them 🤦 i definitely won't be doing that again! I felt so much better physical and more if so mentally especially since I have a several mental issues but it is what it is, I also felt I had more energy,stamina and sleep was better which I'm having difficulties with.
