Finally! Clippers that are nice and robust, sharp, well-aligned and does the job right the first time. The little plastic case is a nice touch, if I can remember to put them back in after each use! The design is quite nice and smart, and the clippings catching mechanism does a wonderful job. You could buy a cheap pair that will wear out quickly or you can invest a bit more money into some quality clippers like these. Glad I did!

First of all, it should go without saying that I am a fastidious person. You likely are too if you're considering this particular item. So you should agree that few things are more disgusting than finger/toenails on the loose. Others more so than mine, but that should go without saying. As such, these particular clippers should be mandatory for everyone going forward. At least for those within my circles. So then, my review is as follows after one use (approximately ten clips, give or take). My first thought was that these clippers have some weight. Meaning they have the feel of a quality cutting device yet not so heavy as to make them difficult to use. They look well-made, and all moving parts worked flawlessly. I didn't notice any instructions, but let's be real, is that necessary? Maybe they did, and I didn't notice them because they work similarly to a standard nail clipper, and the ingenious little nail capture compartment was self-explanatory. Upon using them, I resorted to my usual stance out of sheer habit. That is to say, I crouched down close to the bathroom floor and began clipping my nails over the waste basket, not even realizing I was defeating the very purpose of why I purchased this item in the first place! I quickly realized my error, but before I did, I made an unexpected discovery. Due to the awkward position of having my hands beneath the rim of the tiny bathroom trash can, the clippers were incorrectly pointing downward, which apparently spills the contents of the nail-capture container out of the clipper's "mouth". I thought for a moment that they weren't working as advertised until I realized this was not the intended way of clipping one's nails. Upon standing up and proceeding with my hands horizontal to the floor, not a single clipping escaped the compartment. They work! There is a tiny lid that you can open and expel the vile contents when you're finished, but I found that simply pointing the clippers downward over the trash and shaking gently removes them without effort. A convenient little discovery for me, but you do as you please. Some folks may want to revel at their accomplishment like gazing with pride at a miniature pile of raked leaves; to each his own. Superficially speaking, as a designer, I have to say they also have a sleek look, a pleasing warm gray color, and a crisp, clean logo emblazoned on the lever. And they come with a tiny zip-lock, translucent red plastic storage bag. Nice for traveling, I suppose, but these clippers are suitable to be stored in a small, black velvet drawstring bag. Maybe I'm getting carried away now. Bottom line, they are of good quality, they work well, and I give them a well-manicured thumbs-up.

I have historically had problems cutting my toe nails (TMI) but this product did a wonderful job, Didn't go too deep and cut me, sharp enough to cut the nail without using significant pressure. And it looks cool, better than a standard nail clipper. Glad I bought it!

This nail clipper is quite large when compared to popular, cheaper clippers one can buy in drug stores, or big box stores. But the size is also an asset. Because of its size, the lever applies nearly effortless pressure to cut the nail. The cutter is also large and very sharp, so it makes cutting faster. But because the cutter is thicker, it's harder to get the cutter into the cuticle area to clip off some calloused, hard skin. These clippers come with a built-in container that captures most of the clippings, hard skin included. But be careful not to tip the cutter end down. Just like a three-hole punch collects the punched paper, it also drops the punched paper when tipped. When tipped down, these clippers will drop all of the clippings. Continue to cut your nails over the trash can, or other receptacle. But clippings don't fly around the room to unknown locations. Great clippers!

Excellent, effortless clippers to use. The combination of sharp cutting edges and plenty of leverage provided by the length of the clipper and spring made the nail clipping chore fast and easy. It's an excellent value.

These nail clippers are really sharp and cut well. The little compartment that collects the clippings is a great idea. No more finding them on the floor. Love the color, too, and so does my husband.

Got this because I thought it would hold nails. When you cut your nails, it hold them in but when you flip the clipper, all the nails fall out. Plus it’s a bit big for nails on hand. Better for the feet. Seems sharp but like I said, does t hold nails well.

After my first use of this product I have no hesitation in rating them as excellent. They are well designed and made and their size makes them comfortable and easy to use along with very sharp clippers. As you might know as we age our nails get thicker but after a quick soak my 80 year old nails were so easy to trim, I wish that I had discovered these clippers many years ago. They may seem expensive compared to what you can buy in supermarkets etc. but I think that they are worth the expense, as you can tell Ireally like them.

My verdict is go ahead and buy it please ,, it is the best best best best nails clipper i ever used. And no you don’t need to but a napkin while using it. Note: it is large clipper.
