Goodness... these are amazing. For months I've had menopausal issues that included frequent, intense hot flashes that would keep me tossing and turning all night long. No sooner was one gone than another was there. It was brutal. The results of that insomnia were lots of aches, pains, chronic fatique and general malaise. I would roll out of bed exhausted and some days it was to the point of not being able to function 'normally', wondering how I could get through the day. I started with Natural Factors MenoSense after many other products failed me, and that was the best by far, giving me at least some relief. But then I happened upon an article on adrenal issues and decided perhaps my adrenals were in sorry shape (and they DO effect our hormones after all), and checked into this product. Adrenasense states "uninterrupted sleep", which I so desperately needed, and reviews from users told of their renewed energy, which I was sadly lacking for months. It was worth a try though, honestly, I was a skeptic! But I have to say, they've most definately been a "WIN!" for me! And to make it even better, their effectiveness (for me, surprisingly) started with day one, giving me almost instant and total relief from the hot flashes (I am still taking my MenoSense as well, using them in combination) AND no kidding, since night one I have slept at least 5 hours straight (which is remarkable for me!) and if I do awaken I am able to go right back to sleep for another 2-3 hours, I've had only a very few flashes (day or night!) and I've seriously had energy to burn! :) I am 57 years old and went out dancing twice this week with my 22 year old daughter! It doesn't get any better than that! :) I am amazed at the results, couldn't be happier with the product, and recommend it heartily! (Oh, and as an aside, I feel happier, too! Life is good!)

Oh man! Thank goodness for Amazon and for herbal remedies. I just signed up this year and had held off since we're not big consumers and do not have a big budget but this co. really came in handy since we're not near stores and I had run out of these AdrenaSense. At first I thought it could be coincidental that my night sweats came back but as soon as my Amazon order came in and I resumed taking them, the night sweats stopped. I've always been a believer in herbal medicine when appropriate but I never cease to be amazed by the power of a quality product. Thank you Natural Factors. P.S. for all the women out there who are going through menopause don't be alarmed if suddenly you feel crazy. I stopped my menstruation suddenly and just as suddenly I got severe anxiety. These herbals helped regulate my sleep and probably calmed me too. You don't have to manage these changes alone. Talk and get the help if you need it. And thank you all who wrote reviews! I found them so helpful which is why I'm writing this one.

My cortisol was high and this was recommended by a holistic lady I follow, it took about a month to notice a sense of calm and less stressed...I know many claim better sleep, I did not notice any benefits there, but overall I think it has and is helping lower my cortisol, which many women need. I have also added Organic Excellence Feminine Balance Progesterone Cream to get my hormones in balance and the two work great together as recommended by my holistic lady...I am just a little into my second month, looking to retest my levels in a couple of months. Recommendations, give it time.. Supplements take time. Some people experience benefits right away, but for most people it takes time.

I have been taking thyrosense for a few months and it has helped with my brain fog. Found on youtube that combination with thyrosense and adrenasense works well together. I am in my mid 50's and I havent had much energy for a long time. I started taking adrenasense 1 capsule 2x a day along with 2 thyrosense 1x a day. In a matter of 3 days, I feel like my old self again! I cant believe how much energy I have! I never had a problem with sleeping, so I really havent noticed anything different with that. I am in my mid-thirties and back in college. I was having a difficult time with studies and my energy level. I heard a lady recommending this product at a local grocery / health food store and though the lady worked there, she was talking to a friend and on a break. I purchased the product there for the first time and was skeptical but with each use, i was increasingly impressed. As the end of the supply approached, I did an evaluation and purchased a bottle via amazon. The packaging is different than that of my first bottle but seems even better. Now that I have almost made it through my second bottle and am ordering again, I thought I should post a review. It wasn't until today that I considered the sleep aspect but I am surprised by how little my sleep is interrupted! I used to wake up several times a night, now less than several times a week. I love the energy

Man, I notice big time if I forget to take this product, because my sleep is way off on the days I don't take it! It has helped me since going through menopause at age 50 (on the dot) 19 years ago. I can't remember where I read or heard this, but it helps me sleep most effectively when I take it in the middle of the day. I'm so grateful for it!
