Arrived perfect and super yummy not melted
Got these for my mom for Mother’s Day. It arrived a day early which was great. It said shipped with freezer packs and it was. Both freezer packs were still almost fully frozen and they’re reusable. The chocolate were in perfect condition. And very yummy, super rich and delicious.

Says it cones with ice packs, but it didn't. Anyway still delish and worth the price!; my favorite chocolate candy !

Chocolates arrived completely melted
I bought these chocolates for a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. Unfortunately they arrived a day later than expected and were completely melted with chocolate dripping from the box. There was dry ice in the box, but it was completely warm (guessing because it delivered later than expected). They were brought in the house immediately at delivery. I'm really disappointed that these chocolates arrived in this condition.
