Powerful but design is less functional.
Its good, powerful. But because of the power you can't froth your drinks in the glass, it will spill out 😅, and 2nd thing, it does not look as premium as it looks in picture, I think its bulky and not very compact. Also the design looks good but it's not flat in the top so it's not possible to keep the frother upright without the stand, yes the stand looks cool, but its dependent on the stand which gets annoying with time. And whisker is not available with the top model which makes less sense.

Pathetic Product
This product stopped functioning after only a few uses. The on/off switch feels quite flimsy and doesn't seem very durable. Considering its quality, I don't think it's worth the 1000 Rs price tag. There are definitely better alternatives available for 100 to 200 Rs. Customer service is also very poor.

Very good product
The motor is quite powerful and convenient to use because of on and off switch provided, no need to keep pressing the button for frothing. They even provided a whisk attachment free of cost on product registration which is good for whisking cream.

Really good customer service!
I had received a faulty item that stopped working within few months of the purchase. I contacted the customer service and they proactively made arrangements for the pick up and delivered a brand new frothed. Good speed and does the work for less thick liquids.

Good product
After using for five months, I can say product is good and worthwhile as a frother. In comparison with other frothers (non-branded and cheaper) nothing much of a difference. Just like any other it has also stopped working after 5 months. Though it came with warranty and customer support, I couldn’t reach them. Customer centre is worst among all, have tried contacting them through mails and calls many times in last one week, but no response. I had purchased this product because previous frothers stopped working after few months of use and this offered warranty. I was thoughtful that this product I will be able to use for a year atleast. In short, good product with very bad customer service. If someone want to buy they can, but in case it doesn’t work do not expect support from their side. I am giving single rating as I felt betrayed from this brand. 12/1/2023: updated review After some struggle, today I received a new replacement item. I would like to add they responded after a long delay. I will stick to my previous review that product is great. However, their customer support is bit laid back. They must work on improvising it. I am changing rating to 4 star for the item, and 2 stars for their support team.
